I've had 12 laser hair removal sessions in total, with my last 3 treatments carried out by Gabriela, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional, and it's clear she brings a wealth of experience from the beauty therapy industry.
Gabriela has such a warm, kind, and professional manner that immediately puts you at ease. As someone who is very detail-oriented and always has lots of questions, I truly appreciate how patient, thorough, and accommodating she is. She takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed.
She is an absolute credit to the clinic, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Gabriela, for making every appointment such a positive experience!
I’ve had both injectables and laser hair removal at this clinic and I’ve always had a great experience. The clinic itself is very clean, modern and well presented, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident in the treatments.
The staff are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the treatments properly, answer questions, and never make you feel rushed. The injectable skin boosters (profhilo) were very natural and exactly what I wanted, and the laser hair removal has been really effective with great results so far.
Overall, a really well run clinic with lovely staff and a very professional environment. I would definitely recommend for both injectables and laser hair removal. They also offer skin treatments and will go there next for my microneedling and face peels.
Have been attending the clinic for a while now having hair removal done and I would definitely recommend. The place is always clean and the process is always quick and efficient. I had great results and the ladies are all lovely, very helpful and make you feel at ease. Ceili was doing my treatments today and she was absolutely great!! Kept checking to make sure I was ok and comfortable and was chatting away which always helps you relax during your appointment

I visited Laser Clinics Silverburn today (Thursday, 22/01) at 12:20 for a hair removal treatment, and I wanted to share how exceptional my experience was.
Due to personal reasons, I experienced an unexpected anxiety/panic attack just before the treatment. Although I unfortunately don’t know the therapist’s name, I hope she can be identified by the date and time of my appointment (22/01 at 12:20).
She handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, empathy, and calm. She immediately noticed that something was wrong, showed genuine care and concern, listened patiently, and knew exactly how to help me calm down. Her warmth, understanding, and reassuring presence made a huge difference — I truly felt safe and supported.
Thanks to her care, I was able to regain my composure and we were able to proceed with the hair removal treatment. She was incredibly gentle throughout, regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and made the procedure quick and minimally uncomfortable. Her calm and compassionate approach completely transformed what could have been a very difficult experience into a positive one.
I am genuinely impressed by how professionally and kindly she handled everything. I would like to sincerely thank her for her care, support, and sensitivity — it truly meant a lot to me.
Highly recommended, and I hope this feedback reaches the wonderful therapist who looked after me today.
I had the pleasure of having Kirsty as my therapist. From my first visit she made me feel relaxed, welcome and completely looked after. Her attention to detail is amazing and she always takes the time to understand exactly what I need. Had such a wonderful experience. Firstly the clinic is very clean and beautifully presented. When I arrived I was greeted by a number of friendly and welcoming staff. I had an appointment with the injector Carol. She was so friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. I ended up have some skin boosters (Profhilo and Redensity). it’s been a few days and I can already see a difference. I felt like I was in good hands - the treatment was quick and relatively pain free. I will definitely be back for Botox and maybe some skin treatments. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks 😊
Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my laser hair removal! All the girls are lovely but especially Ceili 🤍 she made me feel soo comfortable & at ease especially with private areas that were exposed for treatment. Definitely will be rebooking with her to continue with my treatments. Thank you so much 🤍✨
3 weeks ago I had vascular laser treatment on a broken capillary spot on my nose which had been annoying me for a while. I had previously tried a different treatment (not laser) which reduced the spot very slightly but did not remove it. I then looked into laser treatment and booked the appointment. The treatment was painless and only took a few minutes and after 3 weeks my spot is basically gone. Don’t know why I put up with the spot for so long! They also removed another small broken capillary I had in the same appointment. For such a low price it was so worth it. The staff were also lovely and recommended me some skincare products which are working well.
