No one has reviewed this clinic here yet. Yours would be the first.

Dr Anita Patel has been outstanding throughout my care. She took the time to read my list of symptoms, listened carefully without rushing me, asked thoughtful questions, and carried out a thorough examination.
What I appreciated most was that she looked at me as a whole person rather than focusing on just one symptom. She clearly explained her clinical reasoning, outlined the next steps, and made sure I understood the investigation and treatment plan.
After a long period of uncertainty, I finally felt listened to, taken seriously, and involved in decisions about my health. Her kindness, professionalism, and compassionate approach made a real difference, and I am incredibly grateful for the care she has provided.
Thank you, Dr Patel, for your dedication and for making me feel heard.
Dr kanza Maher has been amazing this week!! So impressed with the speed a potential life threatening issue was picked up. The she flagged a potential blood clot and I was sent to croydon urgent medical care unit straight away with phone calls made to say I’m on my way. She was also super kind, lovely and reassuring throughout the process.
I had an appointment yesterday and just want to say how wonderful Nurse McMorrow and Healthcare Assistant Guy were. I was feeling quite anxious beforehand, but they immediately put me at ease with their kindness and calm, reassuring manner.
They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and somehow turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely positive one. We actually spent most of the appointment laughing!
Their warmth, professionalism, and sense of humour made such a difference. I’m very grateful for the care they gave
Booking appointments and requesting fit notes through this practice is not fit for purpose.
On multiple occasions, I have had to complete the same online forms repeatedly just to obtain a fit note, re-entering my personal and medical details each time. While responses are sometimes quick, on other occasions it has taken nearly a week, forcing me to resubmit everything again just to chase. When an error was made on one of my fit notes, I had to start the entire process from scratch because there is no option to reply directly or correct mistakes. This is extremely frustrating and inefficient.
Appointments with doctors have also been very poor. During a recent appointment last week, a fire alarm went off. I asked the doctor if it was the fire alarm, and I was told it was not, and the consultation continued. Not only could I barely hear what the doctor was saying, but this raised serious safety concerns.
When the appointment resumed afterwards, the doctor seemed unclear about why I was there and told me to book another appointment the following week. However, when I went to reception, I was told I could not book a further appointment and would need to wait until the following week—contradicting the doctor’s instructions and suggesting a lack of coordination and understanding of their own processes.
There is also no continuity of care. I have not seen the same doctor twice, and each time I have had to repeat my medical history, which gives the impression that patient records are not being properly reviewed. Additionally, several phone appointments have not addressed the root cause of my issues, leaving me without clear diagnosis or progress.
I received a prompt response from filling in the form online with photos attached requesting to speak to a doctor, having just been advised by a pharmacist. I received a call from a doctor and was sent a prescription to a nearby pharmacy which were able to dispense soon afterwards. It could not have been any more efficient. I am very happy with the service and immediate medication given necessary.
Dr Ashik Patel is amazing doctor, as a patient, I can honestly say that first time meeting Dr Patel he had already had taken the time to read over my medical history and understood me as a patient.
He also took the time to listen to me, and didn’t try to rush me out the door and I felt like we was going to finally get the answer to the root of my issues with Dr Patel.
Everything raised at the appointment and promised like chase ups with Consultant and follow up calls was all followed through at the time scale promised, also broke the information down in human terms and not in doctors jargon.
I felt at easy and very comfortable in Dr Patel’s Present and I high recommend him to everyone, he is a credit to Keaton medical practice.
I recently brought my 2-year-old son in while he was unwell, which was a very stressful time. The doctor we saw was excellent — patient, attentive, and thorough, even arranging a follow-up to make sure he was okay. In fact, all of the GP doctors I’ve seen at the surgery have been professional, caring, and supportive.
However, my experiences with the reception team have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve felt a lack of empathy and patience. I understand the environment can be busy, but kindness and understanding are especially important when parents are worried about their children. I often feel uncomfortable approaching the desk as the interactions can come across as dismissive.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I simply believe that a more compassionate and patient approach at reception would greatly improve the overall experience for patients.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Samah Abuzaid at Keston Medical Practice. She was incredibly patient and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She answered all my questions thoroughly, provided different options, and encouraged me to research them as well, even sharing helpful links to reliable information.
What stood out to me most was when she said, “Listen to your body — you will know best.” She never rushed appointments and genuinely took the time to discuss, guide, and support. I felt heard, respected, and involved in decisions about my care. Highly recommended.
