Really poor service. Ordered tablets on Monday 6th July. Answered all the relevant questions as requested for eligibility and paid in full thinking that was that. It would be reviewed and either authorised or not. Over the next few days received several emails asking for more information, which is fine but why not send one email requesting all details required.
Complained on Thursday and after speaking to a rather rude pharmacist have requested a full refund and will take my business and money elsewhere. They should not be taking a full payment without doing a full consultation first😡😡
I had a great experience ordering with IQ Doctor this week. Rob was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve an issue with my supporting documents, taking full ownership to make sure my medication arrived on time, even though I delayed responding to their request.

Very fast acting if not the fastest out there. Using glp1 meds for a year and change supplier frequently in search of best price. Processing times with some pharmacies can take up to a week with more than one chase up. This pharmacy reviewed everything and issued /mailed meds in 24hrs. I was very impressed 👏🏾
Called exactly when I'd asked, even though I couldn't take the call due to driving. Answered quickly when I returned the call.
Got to talk to my prescriber think he said his name was Shae? , who was lovely and bubbly and made me feel at ease answering his questions. Didn't feel pressured to put a new order in, certainly appreciate the discount code, will put an order in next week on pay day.
