Each time I visit this clinic im always met initially with friendly smiling faces at the front desk. Its really warm and inviting which helps relax me, especially if im suffering with some nerves. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, everything was explained in detail to me, The lady who performed my scan was so friendly and patient with my toddler in the room and we even got a special surprise with coloured lighting to reveal our babies gender. Would deffo recommend. Thanks guys for such a special experience.
Had a great experience at at 4D enfield both Leann and Stella were really helpful and accommodating to mine and partners needs.. They made out experience really enjoyable as they adviced us. Sonographer was really attentive and gentle also. Would highly recommend.
I can highly recommend this place to any mums. I have been here for my early reassurance scan, gender scan and my 4D scan. The sonographer Mary was very helpful and friendly. She has always answered all of my questions and really took her time for all the scans. The receptionist Natalia is such a friendly and lovely girl, she has been very welcoming each time. The service and scans were always 10/10
Very good. I've had a total of 3 scans at Hey Baby Enfield across 2 different pregnancies and have received both good news and bad news from the staff. The sonographers and other staff have been very professional, sensitive and compassionate and the atmosphere is worlds away from a hospital clinic, a much more pleasant experience!
The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is because at my recent appointment I arrived with a full bladder as instructed, and my appointment ended up being 20 minutes late, which no-one on Reception communicated to me, and during which time (as anyone who's been pregnant will understand) I'd gone from full bladder to bursting bladder and was very uncomfortable. By the time I was called in, my bladder was actually too full for the scan and I had to go and empty it and have the scan done internally instead, which is never a very comfortable experience. Ideally for the price, and given they have pregnant people coming in with full bladders as standard, I'd hope they could manage to have scans running on time, and where that's not possible, better communication about it would be appreciated.
This was my second visit to Hey Baby 4D (Enfield branch), and I’m so glad I came back for my 4D scan. The sonographer was very friendly and patient, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the session.
I would highly recommend Hey Baby 4D to anyone looking for an early scan or a 4D scan.
A big shout out to Natalia, who was incredibly kind and accommodating when I was running late for my appointment.
I have visited Hey Baby for two of my pregnancies and I cant fault them. It was lovely to see a familiar face (Calri) when going back the second time. Carli and the sonographer were amazing and spend enough time taking great photos and checking all was well with baby.

I had an incredible experience during my ultrasound appointment. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The technician was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The environment was clean, calming, and well-organized. I left feeling reassured and well cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an ultrasound!

Been here originally for my gender scan, was so lovely and professional. Double made sure I wanted to know gender before checking, and to my delight, room lit up blue I was so pleased. Best place to come weather its to confirm gender or just check baby, was lovely also seeing my baby in 4D 😀 thanks hey baby 👶🏻 its been a lovely experience
