My husband and I have been seeing Sylar for several weeks now, and the difference has been incredible. Even within a single session, we notice a significant improvement in our mobility and range of movement.
Between playing tennis, going to the gym regularly, and training for Hyrox, my body has taken a real beating and hasn't had much chance to recover. I had so many knots, particularly in my shoulders, that the pain was radiating down my arm and even disturbing my sleep.
Sylar always takes the time to assess exactly where the problem areas are before each session and tailors the treatment to target those areas specifically. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personalised approach have made such a difference.
I honestly can't recommend Sylar highly enough. I only wish we'd found him sooner! Thank you, Sylar, for helping us move and feel so much better.
P.S. Be prepared... he'll definitely test your pain threshold! 🤣 But it's absolutely worth it.
Absolutely brilliant service. The treatments have been superb, and my 10-year-old footballer’s rehab programme has been fantastic. He’s recovering quickly and gaining confidence every session. Very professional, friendly, and clearly work to an elite standard. Highly recommend to any young athletes needing rehab or physio support. Not to mention the service for parents while waiting, very looked after. Somewhere we have found now and will become part of my son’s weekly routines.
Such a nice place for the massage. They are very professional and actively listen what I turn want. Not many therapist would like to spend time to listen what the client needs. 10/10 highly recommend.
Visited Hekas today for a consultation. Clean, professional environment and the massage chair was awesome. Sylar was ruthless with the deep tissue massage 😂, but I felt instant relief afterwards. Definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!
Exceptional knowledge. Finding the issue straightaway. They sort out my lower back pain and hamstring issue. Just an hour i feel lots better. Highly recommend.
Very good service , great experience, very talented massager and would definitely recommend to come! Came for my brother and have been sat in a massage chair relaxing its great ! Got served delicious tea and had a nice chat !
I booked this for my boyfriend as he’s been dealing with really tight muscles, and after his session he genuinely felt the relief straight away. The ambience was calm and welcoming, the location was easy to find, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We had such a great experience. I’d definitely recommend!
