My experience was very positive. At 08:15 I filled out the on-line form to request an appointment and was quickly offered one at 10:50 the same day. I arrived on time and registered using the automatic system onthe wall. I hardly had to wait before I was called to the consultation room. The diagnosis was very quick. I was told that my prescription would be ready by 13:00 and it was. Boots sent me text to say that I could pick it up and I started my course of treatment that afternoon.
I suppose that my diagnosis was pretty straightforward but even so, the service was great. One downside is that the the web page and appointmets system is very old-fashioned and clunky but I'm still very pleased with my experience.
I can pretty much not fault the service I have received at the Harborne Medical Centre.
Their care, efficiency & the speed at which they look after you has been phenomenal.
I’d really like to thank in particular, Dr.Lloyd, Helen ( the Physio ) & Angela ( the receptionist ) for the superlative treatment I have received from them all.
I am very grateful to be under your care & thankyou all very much. Keep up your great work 👏
My experience with Harborne Medical Practice has been excellent. The care and professionalism provided by the team have been outstanding. I would especially like to thank Christine Croft, the Diabetes Nurse, for her exceptional expertise, support, and dedication. She consistently takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and provide high-quality care. Her knowledge and compassionate approach have made a real difference to my healthcare experience. I am truly grateful for the excellent service I have received and would highly recommend the practice.
The sensitivity and speed of the appoitment booking system is excellent. As an older person, I am not a fast typest but all requests get answered appropriately and quickly. Appointments are given with senior GPs when at crisis points. The practice nurses are helpful and reassuring.
Amanda and Tiber are both fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and very professional.
It’s rare to meet receptionists that are so kind and patient. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the practice. Dr Patel, Dr Mohammed and Dr Mead are a huge asset to the practice too.
Overall everything was fine. Just one thing I should mention I received two texts to advise the doctor would be phoning in between 7.30 am - 9.30 am but I never received the phone call until approx 11.40 am. I appreciate I was not an emergency but it is a bit of difference in the time.
Harborne Medical were brilliant! The new process of filling the short form out on the website and then getting an appointment was very slick. Dr Mohammed was also brilliant, he diagnosed my situation quickly and fitted me in for a surgical procedure the following week.
My 10 year old son attended his asthma review at Harborne Medical Practice with his dad. When he came home, he told me he was happy that the doctor had taken time to listen to him. As a parent, it was good to hear that he felt listened to and comfortable during his appointment.
