Although I have been satisfied with the other doctors at this GP practice, Dr. Sara Mirza truly stood out. She took the time to listen and supported me with genuine dedication, warmth, and kindness.
When I left the appointment, I felt reassured, safe, and confident that I was in the right place and in good hands. I am very grateful for her support and would like to thank her once again.

I have never felt as safe, looked after and respected as I have done since joining Grove Medical Centre. Going to the doctors can be nerve racking at times, but as a patient I’ve been treated with respect, understanding, empathy and the utmost care. Being able to submit a form online rather than calling and waiting in line at 8am has been a very simple and effective way of booking appointments, and my queries have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a practice in London, I feel very taken care of and have quickly built trust with the practice and its practitioners. Dr Husain is an incredibly kind, caring and considerate doctor, who is very receptive and thoughtful of his patients, I feel my health is in very good hands. It’s been a breath of fresh air and I’m very thankful to have found a GP that I can rely on and feel comfortable turning to.
I have been a patient here for 8 years. It gets worse each year. they specialise in saying 'no' . They have now implemented an appointment blocking (not booking!) system so you have to go online and its almost impossible to get help. We are forced online, its not a preference or choice. I now have to heavily lean on private GP's and private healthcare even though I am pensioner age. I rarely get to see a doctor and have never seen the same GP twice. Reading the other positive reviews, I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I have found this GP persistently hard work, bureaucratic and unhelpful to deal with. I only stay because its 50M away from home. Sorry I have had to write this review out of frustration.
I have been registered with this GP surgery since August 2025, and from the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming and professional. The reception staff are friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful, creating a calm and supportive atmosphere. The GPs, nurses, and other clinical staff are excellent – kind, professional, and very approachable. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel at ease, and I never feel rushed. Concerns are always taken seriously and managed with care and compassion. Overall, the standard of care is very high, and the environment, staff, and overall patient experience have completely changed my expectations of what NHS care can and should be. In my view, this surgery sets a benchmark for others to aspire to, combining efficiency, expertise, and humanity in a way that is rare and deeply reassuring.
Absolutely appalled. The medical documents requested should be as the patient also feels relevant with their medical symptoms. This GP has gone downhill and with new, less experienced GPs or trainees working on patients without consent to their knowledge, the system needs to change and people should be able to choose Thier GP. My daughter has been here also for over 15 years and now it has left a bad taste with uncaring and nosy doctors such as Dr. Ho asking personal questions not even relevant to diagnosis and overstepping. Do not recommend. Receptionists are also now less experienced and system has changed making it harder to tell when an appointment time is made by the clinic
Amazing team and so attentive. Once they receive your request online, they act on it immediately. I’m very happy with Grove Medical Centre since I changed my GP.
I registered with Grove Medical Centre in the hope of receiving better support for my underlying and complex health conditions. Unfortunately, since registering, I have found it very difficult to access an appointment.
When I called the practice, the receptionist told me that I could not book an appointment by phone and that I must complete an online form, which is only available between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm.
I explained that the form does not provide suitable options for my medical concerns. In response, I was told that elderly patients or those who are not able to complete the online form properly must come to the surgery between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm, where someone may help them fill it in. I was also told that there is no other way to make an appointment.
I find this system very frustrating and stressful, especially given my medical conditions
I just visited this GP and I was truly impressed with the service. Dr. Aurora and Nurse hanna were amazing very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. They made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. I really appreciate their professionalism and care.
