I have always had a severe phobia of the dentist, but my dentist, Miss E Patsiatzi, completely puts me at ease. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and checks on me throughout the entire procedure. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, explaining every step so there are no surprises.She works quickly without rushing me. For the first time in my life, I am not dreading my dental appointments.I always have a good experience at this clinic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in. The practice is modern, clean, and highly organized. The practice is easily accessed and has a lovely relaxing waiting area. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist.
I was so fortunate to find G1 Dental when I moved to Scotland from Germany. Colette and Hilary took such great care of me and I cannot recommend them enough. I have regular hygiene visits with Colette and she is always very friendly does a really excellent job. Hilary has been a wonderful and kind dentist. Thanks to them both and all the staff at G1 Dental. Really recommend this clinic!
Colette is a fantastic Dental Hygienist. She is gentle and thorough at the same time. I see her 3/4 times a year for a 30 minute Hygiene Service. I'm always very happy with the results. If you find trips to the dental clinics scary, Collette is a great entry point to help you feel comfortable and looked after. She regularly checks on you throughout the service to make sure you're comfortable. I've been to many hygienists over the years and Collette is the best. Seeing her regularly throughout the year keeps my teeth in great shape. She can flag anything that might need the attention of the dentist. It's a judgement free zone, if you are self conscious about your teeth or dental hygiene, Collette will help you, not judge you. 5 out 5 stars :)
G1 Dental is great! Dr Ballantyne always remembers the procedures I've had before, recommends what's best for me (both my teeth and finances) and makes me feel relaxed and welcome. I come every six months as recommended, but I'd honestly like to come more often. Best quality in town!
I have been going to see Colette, the hygienist, for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is an amazing hygienist, very professional and at the same time very caring and friendly. She looks after me, and my teeth, so, so well. I would 100% recommend Colette to anyone, don't think you'll find a better hygienist.
I go regularly to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Colette. I always have a great experience and my teeth look great afterwards.
Good dentist overall, quick to get an appointment and regularly ringing up with cancellations to try and get you seen sooner.
I had veneer fall off and made an appointment immediately when in Glasgow. Ling, the dentist and Alia, her assistant took great care of me. I would highly recommend.
I see Colette the hygienist every 3 months and she’s completely transformed my teeth and gums. I actually live in fear that she’ll leave this practice as she’s just that good at her job, she explains everything clearly and concisely, is great with anxious patients and more importantly genuinely cares about making sure you’re comfortable with everything she is doing. The only thing I don’t like about this practice is the regular staffing change of the dentists as it seems to be quite a high turnover, I’ve only ever seen Colette but have a new dentist every few years.
