I had a Fetal Well‑Being scan at Window to the Womb Doncaster today and the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish.
The clinic is spacious, modern and very well equipped, with a lovely play area for children. All scan materials were provided both physically and digitally, which was super convenient.
Highly recommend this place to any expectant parents — truly a wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful experience at Window to the Womb in Doncaster. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic was clean, calm, and well-organised, which really helped ease any nerves.
The scan itself was amazing — seeing my baby so clearly was such a special moment. The sonographer took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt involved throughout. They were patient and happy to answer all our questions.
What stood out most was how friendly and
reassuring the whole team was. It didn’t feel
rushed at all, and they genuinely cared about making it a memorable experience.
I would definitely recommend Window to the Womb Doncaster to any expectant parents looking for a professional and special bonding experience.
We have had 3 scans now at window to the womb, it’s been a brilliant experience everytime. They were particularly good with our gender scan, even when baby was being difficult, lucky the sonographer still managed to get the gender for us. Thank you!
I had a great experience today at WTTW Doncaster. I went for a reassurance scan today as it was my first pregnancy and I wanted to confirm my pregnancy via scan. I was quickly seen too, by Lucky the sonographer and assured as quickly as possible. Then it was a lovely moment. Another slight issue was brought to my attention and I feel I was given ample time to get questions answered. Great experience. See you in a couple of months! A*
From the scan assistants to the sonographers, each scan we’ve attended has been made a lovely and individualised experience. Absolutely amazing service from each and everyone we’ve met and a lovely way to start our journey.
We’ve been to this clinic for three scans now and have had such a consistently positive experience each time.
Everyone is always really friendly and welcoming, and if there are ever any delays or changes, they keep us fully informed, which we really appreciate. The scans themselves have always run smoothly and felt very calm and well organised.
The sonographer is incredibly informative and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain things in a reassuring and professional way. Each visit has really helped put us at ease, especially during moments of anxiety, and we always leave feeling reassured and supported.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring, thorough, and reassuring scan experience
I visited this clinic for a scan on 3rd February after choosing it based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed.
From the moment I arrived, the experience felt wrong. I was greeted by a receptionist who was clearly unwell – coughing and sneezing, with obvious cold/flu symptoms, and not wearing a mask. Someone who is visibly sick should not be working in a clinic where pregnant women attend. Pregnant women are more vulnerable to infections, and this situation felt careless and irresponsible, putting both mothers and unborn babies at unnecessary risk.
During the scan itself, there was a woman and a man present. The man appeared to be a trainee and he was very kind, polite and reassuring. However, the woman supervising him completely ruined the experience. She was constantly rushing, did not smile at all, and came across as rude and impatient. I felt like she did not want to be there and that I was being hurried through what should be a special and emotional moment.
To make matters worse, at the end of the appointment I was not allowed to choose my own photo, and I was told I would have to pay extra if I wanted even a single scan file – which I also could not choose myself. This was extremely disappointing. I have had private scans elsewhere for a similar price and received multiple photos and videos included, without any additional charges.
Overall, the experience felt rushed, unwelcoming and poor value for money. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic, especially to pregnant women who expect care, warmth and professionalism during such an important moment.
Feeling quite let down by this place.
Went with my partner for a early scan, she opted for an internal scan as this provides more of a clearer image of the baby.
It wasn't until we got into the room that we discovered a gentleman was conducting the internal exam.
It wasn't necessarily the fact that it was a gentleman conducting the inernal exam that was the problem, it's that this information was not disclosed prior.
My partner was also looking forward to recieving the videos and images of our baby. However, after phoning the company she was told she bought the wrong package, the one she needed was £10 more, this also was not explained very well as she would have been happy spending £10 more.
I think we will probably go with Meet Your Miracle after our experience.
