What an exceptional service from start to finish. The triage system was easy to use and I was called back by an extremely polite receptionist within half an hour, to be given an appointment time. When checking in, the receptionist’s friendly and efficient manner helped to create a welcoming atmosphere within the waiting area. Dr Aman immediately put me at ease and I appreciated her assurance that I would be given a further appointment if needed. I left feeling like a valued patient.
I would like to mention Dr. Mistry. I hat a lovely doctor. He has just joined my surgery and is everything you would wish for in a GP. The nurses are amazing and caring. After a very difficult phase, they seem to be back on track. There is now an effort to provide continuity in seeing the same Doctor if possible. I have found that writing a letter helps. After losing faith in the surgery previously, I am glad that I stayed. Well done on all the positive improvements. Hope it lasts!
I had an appointment today with Dr. Justin Sacks and I am very satisfied with the care I received. He was extremely professional, attentive, and kind throughout the whole visit. It has been a long time since I left a clinic feeling this positive and reassured, even though I am still not feeling well. I truly appreciated how carefully he listened and explained everything. Highly recommended.
I have recently transferred from another doctor's surgery to Fairbrook Medical Centre after moving to this area. I am so so pleased with the clinic and the service; it was easy to put in a request online (at 8am or 2pm) and I got a call within the next 30mins scheduling my appointment for the same day! When I arrived, the doctor was lovely and thorough. I wish I had moved doctor's surgery sooner!
I have contacted the medical center recently and filled in online requests. I was contacted by triage nurses and given the same day appointment. The doctors I have seen were nice, caring, listening to my concerns, acted quickly. Dr Limbani I saw last time was particularly lovely, professional, full of sympathy and empathy.
I had an appointment with Dr Bhavik Mistry and found him to be extremely helpful. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed during the appointment, which is often how GP visits can feel.
Jodie answered the phone and was very pleasant, helping me fill the triage form to get an appointment. When I got to surgery I recognised her voice at reception and listened to her very pleasant way dealing with everyone. She does a fantastic job as "front of house" and I hope she will be around for a long time.
Saw a really lovely Doctor. Listened to what I had to say, examined me thoroughly and she was extremely empathetic. It's a lovely surgery, all staff and doctors are very warm and friendly. Many thanks
