I'm very grateful for this GP practice. The receptionists are very friendly and they offered me an appointment on my convenient. More importantly my blood test result came back absolutely fine. I'll have to have more tests done. Massive thanks for Farihah, Shiara, Malik, Mahiyat and Johora. Also the lovely nurses Lora and Camilla 🫶. And finally but not least Sarah the manager of this Centre. 🥳

The biggest problem is not that the reception staff can be rude. It is not that prescriptions take too long to process. It is not that patients are sometimes left waiting for over an hour. It is not even that some doctors smell strongly of cigarette smoke. The real problem is the lack of willingness, compassion, and basic consideration for patients. I am pregnant and currently have difficulty walking. I clearly stated this in the online application and specifically requested a telephone consultation. Despite this, I was told that I needed to attend in person. I even asked the receptionist, "Are you sure I need to come in? I am struggling to walk." Her response was that the doctor had requested an in-person appointment. As a result, I had to make a significant effort to attend. I had to take time off work, travel to the practice, and then wait for 40 minutes before being seen. When I finally met with the doctor, there was no physical examination, no assessment. I was simply asked where the pain was located and then informed that I would be referred elsewhere. That is the real issue here. It is not a lack of resources. It is not a lack of capability. It is a lack of care and a lack of respect for patients. When someone seeks medical help, their health and wellbeing should be the priority. In this case, it clearly was not. What I experienced demonstrated a lack of humanity, empathy, and respect. I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed properly and escalated through the appropriate channels.

The practice is really depends on who you meet. I was very lucky to meet Dr. Sarah Khan a few times in the practice. Dr. Sarah Khan was extremely efficient, effective, and clear throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel listened to and reassured. She was using the time wisely in order to tackle the most serious things. I am grateful for the excellent care and attention I received.

Sahra Khan is the best Doctor I have even seen in all London GPs, she takes time to listen to the patient without a feeling of annoyance or rush or stress to receive another patient! She makes sure you won’t leave until you are all checked up and happy! Very happy with her Service. She deserves more then 5stars review.

I am genuinely shocked by the lack of compassion shown by this practice. Our three‑year‑old son, recently discharged from hospital with respiratory distress, had an important follow‑up appointment today. We were delayed by traffic, emailed twice to keep the clinic updated, and even tried calling. We arrived 17 minutes late — only to be turned away without a second thought. What makes this even harder to accept is that we have repeatedly waited 20–60 minutes past our own appointment times here without complaint. Yet when we needed just a small amount of understanding, none was offered. This comes only a week after a doctor here reassured us our son was fine, and two days later he was in A&E with a severe infection. Our trust has been badly damaged, and today’s treatment has left us deeply disappointed

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Although I had to wait a little beyond my appointment time, it wasn't too long. Dr Shergil was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated her professionalism and care. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Amparo Velda, excellent practitioner. Super professional, made me feel super comfortable through the test and was extremely into details. Highly recommended if you can get her , professionals like this make a huge difference in NHS

To be honest, my experience with this center has been mixed. Sometimes the service has been very good, and at other times it has not felt very supportive. However, I would like to specifically mention my experience in November 2025 with Uroosa at the reception. She was extremely helpful with my appointment and with rescheduling my blood test. My blood test was initially moved to the following week, but I had an upcoming trip the week after. Uroosa handled the situation very professionally and managed everything smoothly, which really helped reduce my stress.
