I've been coming to Dentecare for a few years now and have always had the best treatment and care. If the review was just for my dentist it would be a 5 star review, however I've been told my dentist is leaving. I've not been told why or where she is going, however I wish to follow her to her next practice. As like so many others, I struggle with attending the Dentist, but Tanya has made it feel more like seeing a friend who is calming and supportive (even when drilling into your teeth). I'm really sad to hear she is leaving and I know i wont be the only patient sad to lose her. Hopefully I can see her at her next practice, Tanya if you see this, let me know!!!

When I started going there years ago I was petrified of going to the dentist due to my experience with my former dentist, Ziggy was absolutely fantastic and put me at ease straight away always explaining everything he was going to do and taking care to make me feel comfortable so that now I am able to attend my appointments without being worried, the rest of the team there are always friendly and helpful with changing appointments if required ect which makes for a very happy patient! I needed an emergency crown treatment. Prompt response, compassionate and understanding attitude, professional and timely treatment have resulted in an excellent outcome. I am reassured and feel more confident, having historically found attending the dentist at other practices challenging.
This dentist surgery is amazing. The staff are so polite and friendly. I saw Numrah today who instantly put me at ease. I’ve never felt so relaxed visiting a dentist! Thank you so much.
Receptionist absolutely disgusting how she treat and spoke to people. She was rude to a gent and then after this woman walked off she sprayed perfume where the woman was just standing. as if to say she smelt. Very disrespectful to be honest and would not come back here again.
I'm absolutely terrified of dentists ...but tania is the best she made me feel at ease she has a good way of getting the job done I thought she was taking a look before I knew it I was numbed up and the pliers were in 😂😂 she's so funny and has an amazing dental assistant but unfortunately I can't remember her name I'm another step closer to my perfect smile thankyou you're the best 🥰
