Turning 60 this year, I wanted to do something for myself but was incredibly nervous about where to start. I booked a skin consultation with Dr Tom, and from the very first appointment he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to understand my concerns and put together a plan that focused on achieving a natural, refreshed look rather than changing how I looked.
After starting with skincare and then having injectable treatments, I feel so much more lifted, refreshed and confident. The results are subtle but have made such a difference to how I feel when I look in the mirror. I’m absolutely delighted and only wish I’d had the confidence to do it sooner. Thank you, Dr Tom, for your kindness, honesty and expertise throughout the whole journey.

Had an amazing experience at D.Thomas Skin Care Clinic! Daisy was fantastic. She explained all the treatments in detail and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I felt completely at ease throughout the session. Highly recommend!
Very refreshed. Skin felt and looks glowing considering how dull and tired it was (from working instable hours) when I went in... Gina was great, very thorough and created a bespoke programme for me within the DNA grade 1 facial. I particularly enjoyed and felt the benefits of the pulse trigger cold laser, as well as the manually applied cocoa mask to help reduce inflammation and increase hydration in my skin. Had a fantastic experience here, from the moment I walked through the door. The staff treat everyone like a VIP, they're all very welcoming. The receptionist Melisha, was very friendly and accommodating, thank you!
I had a DNA1 with Byonik and microneedling, which included a hydro facial, extraction and derma pen, which was fantastic. No photos of my face, as you can imagine it was very red after the derma pen. But my skin felt amazing.
My therapist Roma, took the time to go through all my issues with me, and advise the best course for my skin and what I can do at home. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made me feel like she really understood my skin issues.
They also have skin mapping, which I'd like to try another time. I will also be doing my laser hair removal here moving forward, I can't get enough. They even have heated beds, which I love.
They offer a wide range of top of the line skin products too! And they're opening times are convenient if you have a hectic schedule, as they're open pretty late and over the whole weekend.

Excellent first visit. Warmly welcomed by the team and offered a soothing peppermint tea on arrival. Thoroughly looked after and no pressure of selling linked products but just advice and suggestions on how best to look after my skin post facial.
The massage and skincare facial was wonderful. Great immediate glow and lifting effect which has lasted for a few days and given me a boost.
My therapist very thorough and friendly and experienced. The front of house team were so nice throughout and so professional all round.

Years after getting treatments from Debbie Thomas herself I am still dealing with the aftermath (scarring due to the way my acne was dealt with). Had to leave this review hoping it will at least help one person to avoid or be super careful when receiving treatment from her. I also had blue light treatment as part of the package and it discoloured my skin quite badly (literally purple) and when I asked her about it she just laughed - no reassurance, nothing. Wasn’t bothered by me being potentially allergic to skin products applied either. Honestly wouldn’t recommend.
