I recently visited real eyes and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable, and the service was efficient and smooth.
The eye examination was detailed, and professional. I appreciated advanced technology that was used for testing, and everything had clear explanations, and staff had patience. However, I found slight issue with my glasses few weeks after wearing and staff were more than happy to help fix this asap in store same day!
Overall, I would recommend this shop to others because great value, excellent service and very flexible with payment system!!
The service I received today caring. Inside was very clean and modern. The team explained the eye procedure in detail, answered all my questions and carefully went over my prescription. They have a large range of affordable glasses and designer.
We had a wonderful experience at the optical store. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through the selection process with patience. The range of frames was fantastic, and the quality of the lenses is excellent. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend this store!
I had an eye test at Realeyes. All staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I felt at ease throughout the whole experience. The optician was very thorough. He took the time to explain and answer questions. Their use of up to date technology provided more accurate results. I will definitely continue to use their services.
Just had my eye test done and honestly, the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were really welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. The optician was calm, explained every step clearly, and took their time to make sure everything was checked properly.
They used some proper high-tech equipment too, not just the usual chart – made me feel like I was getting a really thorough check. I also appreciated how they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything straight away. Just clear advice on what’s best for my eyes.
