I am happy to write a review for CSC having just had my third laser treatment. Ellie my ‘skin technician’ documents the skin at each session and so can show me the progress.
CSC has a very calm, friendly team. Very good at communicating with visitors wether in person, or via email, WhatsApp or text, as they keep you up to date with information.
I am especially reassured with CSC, as Ellie is clearly knowledgeable about the different requirements needed for my Afro Caribbean skin. The initial consultation and analysing of my face was very thorough, and no question from me went unanswered.
I'll give the full 5 stars when I've completed my round of treatments!
I want to sincerely thank the team at the clinic for their exceptional care during my lip pigmentation treatment. I was looking for a clinic that could offer pregnancy-friendly facials. Dr.Rijah was very knowledgable and attentive, made sure the products were safe to use for pregnant women. I felt reassured and had the most pleasant experience, will definitely visit them routinely!

I had a really positive experience at Continental Skin Clinic as a first time customer. The staff were very welcoming, polite and professional from the moment I arrived, which immediately made me feel comfortable. They were also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions properly without making me feel rushed. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a friendly and trustworthy experience.
warning please stop going to this clinic I strongly advise people to stay away from this clinic. I had lip laser treatment here, and after just a few sessions, my lips were seriously damaged. Instead of improving my condition, the treatment made things much worse.
This experience has also taken a serious toll on my mental well-being. Dealing with the results of a treatment that went wrong has been extremely stressful and upsetting.
When I returned to raise concerns, the staff were completely unhelpful. They showed no interest in addressing the damage or taking responsibility. I felt ignored and dismissed, which is unacceptable when dealing with something as sensitive as cosmetic treatment.
It also became clear that they use the same generic approach for every skin issue, without proper assessment or care. This lack of professionalism is extremely concerning and potentially dangerous. On top of that, the prices are very high for the level of service they provide, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing.
Please think twice before trusting this clinic with your treatment — my experience has been damaging, both physically and emotionally, and I would not consider them trustworthy.
I’ve just completed my final IPL session for hyperpigmentation treatment with Dr Rijah and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my very first appointment, she took the time to clearly explain the procedure, what results to expect, and the overall treatment plan.
Dr Rijah is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. As quite an anxious patient, I really appreciated how patient and reassuring she was, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail.
