My first time visiting a podiatry clinic, and WOW what an incredible experience at the Edgbaston Clinic. Samina treated my ingrown nail and gave me the relief I hadn’t felt for weeks. She showed exceptional care and truly went the extra mile by educating me on foot health and offering supportive advice to help going forward.
We also discussed a fungal nail treatment straight after, which I’ll be starting soon. Throughout the appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable and took such care in every step of the treatment.
Hand on heart, Samina is one of the best practitioners I’ve ever experienced—outstanding attitude, knowledge and professionalism. It genuinely felt like I was seeing a friend rather than a practitioner.
She is a real credit to the Edgbaston Clinic and every clinic should have someone like her. I highly recommend her and cannot be grateful enough. I hope she is recognised for her work and honestly if anyone’s on edge about visiting to treat their foot issues please book in with her she makes you feel like your a friend and so down to earth and genuinely treated the issue with so much attention and care knowing exactly how to treat it. I cannot recommend this clinic and especially Dani highly enough. My 12 year old son recently needed an ingrown toenail procedure, and as any parent would be, my husband and I were quite anxious about it.
From the moment we met Dani, she was absolutely amazing. She has an incredible gift for working with children. She spoke directly to my son in a calm, friendly, and reassuring way, completely putting him at ease about a procedure that he was initially very nervous about. She explained each step in a way he could understand, which made him feel involved and safe.
Not only did she calm my son's nerves, but she also completely calmed mine. Her confident and compassionate demeanour was exactly what we all needed. The procedure itself was quick and efficient, and thanks to Dani's skill and wonderful bedside manner, my son came out of it feeling relieved and even a little proud!
We are so grateful for the exceptional care we received. Thank you, Dani, for turning a potentially scary experience into a truly positive one. You are a credit to the clinic!
I was in a lot of pain and got an appointment the next day, reasonable price for corn removal (£39) excellent clean place and very nice podiatrist's. Sozy Ahmed was lovely and was asking continuously about the corn removal and if the pain was still there, she and her colleague were so friendly and colleague.

Amazing treatment by Elizabeth at the Edgbaston branch removing dead skin. Very professional, friendly and efficient. From my telephone call in advance to enquire and book, up until the end of my treatment, the service was impeccable by all staff members I interacted with. Definitely recommend. What a blessing im so greatful for the treatment they gave my big toe. It was so painful but worth it I came out of there a new woman. They were so professional and caring explained everything to me. I will be back if it returns fingers cross it don't. But would highly recommend.
First time visiting today for my daughters verrucae treatment. Harvy was so accomadating and saw us reagrdless to us being 20 mins late due to heavy traffic, didnt cancel, postponed her zoom meeting and treated my daughter with great care, explained everything properly and dealt with us in a friendly professional manner and took her time. I went here after work yesterday, panicking, tears streaming down my face in agony, let down by urgent care and 111 who just gave me antibiotics after looking at my problem for all of 30 seconds. I came here on a whim in hopes of help and was so so lucky that a lovely lady had a little bit of time free to have a look for me. She confirmed there was no infection and took the time to actually fix my problem. I walked out of there after 20 minutes no longer in pain and assured that everything I was feeling was valid and I wasn’t crazy! I didn’t catch her name but I’m so lucky and grateful for this lovely lady, any future issues I will be coming straight here🩷 thank you so much! You don’t know how much it meant that you took the time to help me.
