Having previously run half marathons regularly, I got to a point where I couldn’t run more than 3 miles without being in incredible pain in my lower legs and ankles. It was hugely frustrating and I honestly thought my running days might be behind me.
From the very first assessment at the Foot and Leg Clinic, everything was clearly explained to me. They quickly identified the root causes of my issues — including the fact I have flat feet and that the running shoes I was using were completely wrong for me. They put together a detailed plan that included advice on proper footwear, strengthening exercises, and foot mobilisation sessions.
The results have been unbelievable. Within just 6 weeks, I went from struggling to run 3 miles to comfortably completing a half marathon again.
Nothing short of sensational service. I genuinely can’t recommend Foot and Leg Clinic highly enough. Great place with great people.
If you are having any issues with legs, ankles, feet, back pain etc I would say do not hesitate. Book in for an assessment and let Mhairi and the gang work their magic.
The best sports doctor I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to them New York London. Paris. Abu Dhabi. This doctor knows his stuff. Incredibly knowledgeable. Kind, informative really takes his time to explain things. . A good listener. I’m so happy to have found this clinic. I am a very sporty 55 year old and have had multiple injuries. This clinic gets me right back on track
I have attended the body foot and leg clinic for a few weeks now for treatment on a very old ankle injury. Very impressed with this practice a lot different than the usual Philips who offer ultrasound and standard exercises .
Mhairi has invested in the very latest equipment to make orthotic insoles and equipment to check your gait. The exercises are sent by e mail and you can print out and also most importantly show a video of how they should be done. I find this very helpful.
There is also an excellent body manipulating / massage service carried out by JD which I also found great I always used to slouch when walking but now
Manage to hold the “ superman position when standing which helps a lot and reduces neck strain .
This is not your normal Phsio practice if you want the latest treatment with skilled staff using the very latest equipment this is the place to come . Plenty of metered parking available also

I recently attended the clinic and saw Doctor Eyvindsson. He was so
Kind and patient and helped me so much with my knee pain. I cannot express how grateful I am I am. He was very honest with recommendations for treatment and options. The staff at the clinic were ten out of ten helped me to my taxi to get home. I would strongly recommend the clinic .
Highly recommended. After my gait assessment, I received kinetic chain release therapy and expert advise on exercises to work on at home. I was also fitted for orthotics for plantar fasciitis. The staff were great.
This place is amazing! Despite months of NHS physiotherapy after surgery for a Lisfranc fracture the pain in my foot was unrelenting. From my initial assessment, Mhairi was positive that she could help me. She recommended custom insoles and manipulation sessions. As a result, I am no longer experiencing chronic pain and my mobility is excellent.
The clinic's physio recommended Kinetic Chain Release in the initial phone query. I had never heard of KCR but gave it a go. Six weeks and three sessions later, my injured leg is much better, I understand more about what the problem was, and feel empowered to keep doing simple exercises to keep it in good shape. I'l be back for a 'tune-up' once or twice a year. Felt in very good hands with JD.
What an amazing practice! Such a great team of people and I cannot recommend Alan the physio enough! He is amazing, he new exactly what was wrong with me and has been working with me to get back to fully functioning!
