Getting more and more disappointed with limited choice and out of stock items. Also the once very good loyalty card is now not worth the bother. Tesco's loyalty card much better.

Checked your Google 'about' section as shown above to see if you had toilets, the day before, as we planned to stop here to go to the toilet and grab something for tea on the way home after a long day out. On arrival we were told "no the toilets have been closed for ages and we don't have them anymore". Please update your google pages to show this, for the next people with a disability who need to preplan their routes and days around toilet facilities. I should have read your other reviews instead of trusting your Google Business profile. Thankyou

What's going on? Staff morale appears to be at an all time low. I saw a member of staff in tears. Uncomfortable to see. Felt for the young woman. Managers you need to get a grip. You need to show all staff respect & regard. On another note - having no access to the toilets is totally unacceptable!

Security and staff stand right behind you a lot as you use self service, the noise of the place makes you feel rushed. Customers tend to go in just to smash bottles apparently. It's a one way system too, you can't walk out through an entrance but the only exit is via self service. Most shops around this one seem to be fine in comparison, seems to become more annoying every year

I’ve had a very poor experience every time I come here to collect a parcel. It consistently takes between 15 and 20 minutes, and no member of staff seems concerned about coming to hand over the parcels. The service is extremely slow and frustrating. Lady who is responsible for this even start arguing

Always go here for my grocery shopping, easy to find the items I need and staff help whenever they can.

Shopping done and asked directions to the loo. Cancer patient and at times you need a loo - quickly. Told by staff member "Got none, bin shut about 2 months, go the Costa Coffee". I honestly thought he was joking. Unbelievable. Next time, if there is one, I'll vomit all over the fresh food display.
