I’ve tried many wellness studios in Dubai, but UCRYO is on another level! The technology, the atmosphere, and the results - everything feels premium. Their Light Bed helped my sleep and skin glow, and the Compression Therapy became my post-gym ritual. Every session is fast, efficient, and worth every minute. The staff are super professional, and all four locations have the same high standard. Finally - a place in Dubai that makes wellness accessible, scientific, and effective. Highly recommend it to anyone who takes their recovery and energy seriously.

I’ve had such a great experience at Ucryi Wellness. I tried EMS, assisted stretching, and cryotherapy, and every service has been amazing. If there is one reason to buy the package it will be because assisted stretching, conducted by Anash. She was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly what she was doing, made me feel comfortable, and the session was so effective. You will feel muscles you have never felt. A special shoutout to Deborah for EMS, she is incredible. She really pushes you in the best way, keeps you motivated, and you genuinely feel like you’re going to see results with her sessions. The whole center has such a professional and welcoming energy. I highly recommend Ucryo Wellness, especially Deborah for EMS and Anash for assisted stretching.

Been coming to UCryo regularly and it’s honestly one of the most chilled, welcoming wellness spots in Dubai. The whole team is super friendly and always make you feel at home, but special shoutout to Rei - always so helpful, remembers your preferences, and genuinely makes every visit better. The vibe is relaxed, the facilities are great, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone into cryo and recovery.

Great studio! Everything is available in one place, so there’s no need to travel to different locations. Very convenient and well-organized The membership system is also excellent - very flexible and well thought out. Highly recommend!

Super kind and professional service from new employee Rahel (hope I spelled name correctly). Also Rei has been quite diligent and responsive explaining the coverage and packages. Overall highly recommending Jumeirah branch.

I recently visited Ucryo Wellness in Jumeirah and had an amazing experience! The space is modern, clean, and instantly calming. I tried their cryotherapy session, and the staff guided me through every step, making sure I felt comfortable and safe. The session left me feeling light, refreshed, and energized — I noticed reduced muscle tension almost immediately. Their team is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they also offer a great range of wellness treatments, which I can’t wait to explore on my next visit.
