Worst experience of my life. I only went to this clinic because I had no other choice. The place is full of cockroaches – small and big – literally everywhere, even inside the doctors’ rooms! I swear I saw cockroaches on the floor, the chairs, and the walls. While I was sitting with the doctor, one cockroach even went inside her keyboard and she was trying to get it out – absolutely disgusting! On top of that, while the doctor was about to examine me, a male staff member suddenly walked into the room without knocking. How unprofessional and inappropriate is that? The smell of the clinic is unbearable, like dirty public restrooms. The pharmacy was the same – only 3 or 4 patients in total, yet they kept everyone waiting for so long, and even inside the clinic they make you wait when there’s no one else there. Honestly, this was an unbelievable and horrible experience. Never again.
أسوأ تجربة في حياتي. ذهبت لهذه العيادة مضطرة فقط لا غير. المكان مليء بالصراصير الصغيرة والكبيرة بكل مكان، حتى داخل غرف الدكاترة! والله العظيم رأيت الصراصير على الأرض والكراسي والحيطان، وحتى وأنا جالسة مع الدكتورة دخل صرصور داخل الكيبورد وهي تحاول تطلّعه! شيء مقزز جدًا. فوق ذلك، وأنا مع الدكتورة بدأنا الفحص وفجأة دخل رجل من العاملين بالعيادة إلى الغرفة بدون استئذان! أين الخصوصية والاحترام؟! رائحة المكان مقرفة جدًا، مثل رائحة الحمامات القذرة. الصيدلية ، يوجد فقط 3 أو 4 مرضى لكنهم يجعلون الجميع ينتظر طويلًا، وحتى داخل العيادة يتركونك تنتظرين رغم عدم وجود أحد. تجربة لا تصدق وصادمة جدًا. مستحيل أعيدها.
ماشاء الله أول مره ادخل إن إم سي في نهده الشارقه وأشوف في الإستقبال مواطنات بصراحه حاجه جميله جداً ناس بشوشه جدا وشيئ مبهج خصوصا لما تدخل مستشفي تبقي محتاج حاجه زي كده وأخص بالذكر الأستاذه مريم الحمادي والأستاذة حليمه إبراهيم ماشاء الله عليهم قمه في الذون والإنسانية

الدكتور توماس طبيب الأطفال ممتاز للغايه ، ولكن المكان لا يصلح ان يكون عيادة لانه ضيق ورائحة ليست جيدة والمصعد جدا مزدحم ، ورائحة عفنه عند دخلول المبنى لا اعرف كيف جعلوه عيادة
