للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا مع هذه العيادة. تم وصف مضاد حيوي قوي لي تسبب لي في مضاعفات كثيرة مثل حبوب وانتفاخات في الظهر والوجه والرأس، انتفاخ اليدين، حرقان في الجسم، التهاب بالمعدة وعدم القدرة على النوم، رجعت للعيادة وأنا مريضة جدًا من أجل المتابعة، لكن تم تركي أنتظر حوالي 20 دقيقة بينما الموظفات يتحدثن ويضحكن، رغم أن المكان كان فارغ. شعرت بعدم الاهتمام وعدم احترام حالة المريض.
هدفي من هذا التقييم ليس الإساءة لأي شخص، لكن أتمنى تحسين طريقة التعامل مع المرضى وأخذ الحالات الصحية بجدية أكبر. التجربة أثرت عليّ نفسيًا وصحيًا ولن أكررها
تجربتي كانت مع الدكتور فراس الهميد استشاري أطفال بصراحة دكتور رائع و متعاون و متفهم و هين لين في التواصل مع مرضاه و يراعي عدم فهم الطرف الي قدامه بالأمور الطيبة فهو ب التالي بيشرح بوضوح و ببساطه
I would like to thank Dr. Talat Masrour who planted hope and reassurance in our hearts before the birth. The word thank you is not enough; she worked sincerely during and before the birth and gave attention beyond her capacity and more. We owe her a lot. We are lucky to have dealt with her. You will not find these days a consultant doctor who comes an hour and a half before his work time to follow up with his patients and pay attention to the smallest details, to the point that she called at 4 am to give a recommendation to a pregnant patient and follow up with her. Our experience was the first of its kind. Thanks to fate that brought us together with the best obstetrician and gynecologist in Ras Al Khaimah and the Emirates. Good luck to all.
اود شكر د.طلعت مسرور التي زرعت الامل والاطمئنان في قلوبنا قبل الولادة ، كلمة شكراً لا تكفي ؛ عملت بإخلاص اثناء وقبل الولادة واعطت اهتمام فوق طاقتها واكثر نحن مدينون لها بالكثير ، نحن محظوظين بتعاملنا معها ، لن تجد في هذا الوقت دكتور استشاري يأتي قبل موعد عمله بساعة ونصف لمتابعة مرضاه والاهتمام بادق التفاصيل الصغيرة لدرجة انها اتصلت الساعة الرابعة فجراً لاعطاء توصية للمريض الحامل ومتابعتها ، تجربتنا كانت الاولى ، شكراً للقدر الذي جمعنا بأفضل دكتور نساء وولادة على الاقل في رأس الخيمة والامارات ، كل التوفيق للجميع .
