بصراحة دكتورتي كانت جداً ممتازة وما شاء الله عليها شاطرة في شغلها. أكثر شي عجبني إنها تفهم بسرعة شو أقولها وتسمع لي باهتمام، وما تحسسني بالتوتر. تعاملها راقي وتشرح كل شي بطريقة واضحة ومريحة. أنصح فيها بقوة لأي وحدة تدور على دكتورة فاهمة ومريحة 🌸
الدكتوره هابي من افضل دكاترة الاسنان اللي شفتهم لدرجة ان كل عائلتي صارت تتعالج عندها.
ماهرة و يدها خفيفه و اسلوب كلامها مع المريض يخليه يتعافى حتى قبل ما تبدأ.
يكفي ابتسامتها مع المرضى،، شكرا هابي😊
العياده كويسه جداً كجوده لكن تعامل بعض الاطباء سيء ولا يوصفون لي علاج طلبته منهم و في إهمال من اخصائية سحب الدم بعد الانتهاء لم تضغط على المكان وهذا الشي سبب نزيف بسيط و عند الكانيولا او المغذي يستخدمون لاصق عادي وهذا ممكن لا قدر الله يسبب تحرك الابره داخل الوريد ويسبب تهيج لكن العياده بشكل عام كويسه
تجربتي مع دكتور علي كانت سيئة جدا لانه اعطانا دواء قوي لايناسب بشرة ابني اول مرة اعطانا دواء بدون مايفحص واخدناه شهر ورجعنا عنده مرة ثانية وعمل تحاليل واعطانا دواء لمدة شهر مرة اخرى بدون فاءدة رحنا لعيادة ثانية والدكتور اول ماشاف ابني خبرنا ان الدواءفيه الكورتيزون مايصلح فاخدنا كورس علاج عنده والحمد لله الله يسامحك يادكتور علي
تجربتي شخصيه كانت غير سعيده جدا لان أسلوب دكتور علي كان غير مهني و غير اخلاقي بس لاني كنت استفسر عن الخطة العلاجيه و ابا اعرف شو الابره الي بعطيها مرخي عضلات او مسكن الم قال " لا اتفهميني شغلي بعطيج العلاج بس ما شرح لي ، و تم يجادل معاي و قال هل انتي طبيبة عشان أناقشج و قام و مشى من مكانه "
الدكتور لازم يفهم ان زمن الطيبين راح يوم كنا ناخذ العلاج بدون نقاش او معرفه … اليوم من حق المريض يعرف الدواء و اسمه و يوافق على الخطة العلاجيه
Today my visit to Dr Ali was very unpleasant and unprofessional so I highly don’t recommend him and clinic at all, because Dr got offended and took it so personally when I asked him which course of medicine is he planning to give ( pain killer or muscle relaxant injection. He got aggressive and went to extent of asking me my qualifications and degree which is non of his or anyone else’s business to know.
.I really feel it’s right of patient to know and agree Dr should manage conversation and concern professionally with full transparency following Medical Code of ethics as Transparency is a cornerstone of ethical medical practice, requiring honesty and open communication to build trust. Whoever don’t follow it , it’s RED FLAG 🚩 TO WATCH OUT
Those days are over when we used to blindly follow the Dr without asking questions
