للأسف تجربة غير مرضية في ميدكلينك شارع المطار. عدم احترام واضح لأوقات المواعيد، حيث انتظرت أكثر من ساعة بعد موعدي المحدد دون أي توضيح أو حتى اعتذار عن التأخير. أتفهم حدوث التأخير أحياناً، ولكن من حق المريض معرفة السبب وأن يتم احترام وقته. أتمنى تحسين تنظيم المواعيد والتواصل مع المرضى.
Unfortunately, a disappointing experience at Mediclinic Airport Road. There was a clear lack of respect for appointment times, as I waited for more than an hour after my scheduled appointment with no explanation or even an apology for the delay. I understand delays can happen, but patients’ time should be respected and proper communication is expected. I hope appointment management and patient communication will be improved.
شكرآ لكل تيم مستشفي ميدي كلينيك اليوم كان ممتاز وخدمة ممتازة في عياده النساء وأخص بالشكر سما من قسم الاستقبال والتسجيل علي تعاونها الرائع في كل مرة ومساعدتها لكل أي مشكلة.
واليوم كنا في عياده الاطفال وبدون موعد ولكن مروة ساعدتنا في حجز موعد وكانت متعاونة معنا بشكل ممتاز واحترافي... شكرآ لكم جميعأ.

وأود ان شكر الدكتور عبدالله النعيمي والدكتور إلياس رئيس قسم القلب قد كان تعاملهم جيد جدا والممرضين والموظفين رجال ونساء في قسم القلب واقول لهم جزاكم الله خير ونخدمكم في الأفراح ان شاءالله
Had ear pain and booked an appointment with ENT Dr Osama Hmidan. The ear cleaning was extremely painful and the Dr was focusing on personal matters instead of explaining the issue and medications. 3 days later the ear pain didnt ease and was increasing and had to go to another clinic which explained the medication was all wrong and an infection has been spreading and antibiotics was prescribed instead of wax cleaning only. It was my first appointment in Mediclinic and will most probably be my last.
لا أنصح بالدكتور أسامة للأذن. تجربة علاجية سيئة والأدوية خاطئة. ذهبت إلى مستشفى آخر معروف في مدينة محمد بن زايد بعد ٣ إيام وتلقيت العلاج والتشخيص السليم
أفضل تجربة ولادة خضتها في مستشفى ، staff were amazing with me , I want to mentionnne them with names dr yasmine , midwifes : nathali , diana , suheer … كانت تجربتي معهم رائعة شرحوا لي كل خطوة تعبوا معي و شجعوني عندما تعبت … اريد ان اشكرهم واحدا واحدا فحقا شعرت انني بين ايادي آمنة اثناء ولادتي ❤️❤️
و اشكر كذلك المستشفى على الهدايا المقدمة لي و لبيبي لقد كانت لفتة رائعة حقا 💙🥰
الانتظار واااااايد طويل هذا فقط للتسجيل عند الاستقبال .. إذا عندكم وايد دكاتره لازم توظفون وااايد موظفين للتسجيل عسب تسرعون التسجيل .. موعدي الساعه 4:20 المفروض اجوف الدكتوره هالوقت لو تأخرنا 10 دقايق ربع ساعه مقبول اما ان الموعد 4:20 و التسجيل يكون هالوقت .. غير مرضى الشيء .. متى بدخل للموعد
