We had an excellent experience at Life Pharmacy thanks to Arun Das. He was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we found exactly what we needed. His friendly attitude and outstanding customer service truly stood out. I really don’t understand there way of work. If a customer wants to refund any product they demanding for the customer card details via WhatsApp to refund the amount. Which is really wired. They should change the procedure of refund system. Staff are good here but I totally disagree there refund policy how I am gonna trust you and share the card details with you for a small 100 dhs amount. Team Pharmacy you guys are very unprofessional.
