اليوم زرت عيادة هارلي الطبية الدولية و كان الموعد مع الدكتور السوري محمود الحنيش ، شرحت وضع اسناني و مشاكل فمي ، كان مستمع كويس و متفهم ، بحيث فسرلي الحالة و اقترح الحلول المناسبة بشرح بسيط و سهل ، عملي جلسة تنظيف شاملة للفم ،بحيث صبر علي و كان متعاون و شغل ايديه متقن ما شاء الله ، كما ان شرحلي الخطوات ما بعد النتظيف بكل التفاصيل ، شغله نظيف و مريح اشكره كتيير على التجربة و الخدمة الممتازة.

Because of this unnecessary delay, I was at risk of missing my appointment despite arriving on time. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, so professionalism, knowledge, and good communication are essential. Unfortunately, I felt the receptionist lacked all three, and it made what should have been a straightforward visit unnecessarily stressful. On a positive note, the clinic’s management was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They handled the situation professionally, and I truly appreciate their assistance. I hope the clinic invests more in training its front desk staff or considers hiring personnel who are better equipped to provide the level of customer service and professionalism that patients deserve, as they represent the face of the clinic.
