The following day, I travelled approximately two hours to the clinic seeking a solution and rectification of the issue. Unfortunately, instead of receiving support and understanding, I was met with a lack of empathy. The night-shift receptionist was particularly rude and showed no compassion despite the distress I was experiencing. At the time, I was emotionally overwhelmed and struggling to hold back tears. I also had visible bruising from the cannula procedure and was due to travel for a family wedding, making the situation even more upsetting. I requested a call from Noor, the clinic manager, to discuss my concerns. However, no one contacted me. The lack of courtesy, follow-up, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. My experience with Dr. Saadia and the overall handling of this situation has been very poor. As a patient, I expected clear communication, proper attention to my concerns, and professional aftercare. Instead, I was left distressed, dissatisfied with the results, and feeling that my concerns were ignored. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the treatment process and the manner in which patient complaints are handled. I had to do the procedure from another clinic for the same due to the Dr's inability. Very very bad service.
