I just had my second session here (today was the custom Fusion Apothecary mix) and I’m honestly blown away. If you’re feeling tired or have those stubborn dark circles, this is the place to go. From the second I walked in, the service was a 10/10. I was greeted with a full menu for coffee and tea right at the entrance. The doctor is super competent…he actually took the time to sit with me, listen to my specific issues (fatigue/under eye circles), and explained everything based on my individual needs. He didn't rush at all and answered all my questions🙏
During the treatment, they show you exactly what products they are using, the expiry dates, and how everything is prepared, so you feel totally safe. I had my own spot where I could watch Netflix during the 45 minute drip, and they kept offering more coffee, tea, and even popcorn! 🍿
The highlight? A masseuse named Ang came in for the last 30 minutes. She was absolutely amazing… she did a foot massage that eased all the tension I was carrying. It was the perfect addition to the drip.

I’m writing this review because I genuinely wanted to share my experience. Throughout the entire process, nobody at DNA Health ever asked me to leave a review, which is actually quite rare in Dubai. The feedback below is simply because I felt it was deserved.
I did a fat-freezing treatment at DNA Health and had a really positive experience with Harriett.
From the beginning, she was honest, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured into anything and genuinely felt I could trust her advice. She gave me realistic expectations and always came across as someone who cared about doing her job right.
The procedure itself was carried out very professionally. Unfortunately, my skin had a reaction afterwards that was related to how my skin is rather than how the treatment was performed.
What really impressed me was how Harriett and DNA Health handled it. They could have easily said it was an unfortunate skin reaction that wasn’t caused by them and left it at that, but they didn’t. Harriett offered remedial treatment free of charge and continued following up with me for months until everything was completely resolved.
That level of care, accountability and ownership is rare, and it’s what built real trust for me. Harriett is not only knowledgeable and professional, she’s also genuinely kind, friendly and caring. DNA Health is very lucky to have her ✨
