للأسف كانت تجربتي غير مرضية.
اشتركت في خطة علاجية بقيمة 8,000 درهم، وأكملت الجلسة الأولى فقط. بعد ذلك توفي والدي رحمه الله، وظروفي العائلية منعتني من الاستمرار في المواعيد. كنت على تواصل مع العيادة وأبلغتهم بظروفي، وكان الرد دائماً مطمئناً بأن الموضوع ليس مشكلة.
لاحقاً عندما حاولت استكمال العلاج، تفاجأت بأنه لا يمكنني إكمال الخطة التي دفعت قيمتها، وطُلب مني دفع مبلغ إضافي والبدء بخطة جديدة. تقدمت بشكوى وتم إخباري بأنه سيتم التواصل معي، لكن لم أتلقَّ أي رد.
أشعر أن المبلغ الذي دفعته ضاع دون الحصول على الخدمة كاملة، لذلك أنصح أي شخص بالتأكد من شروط الباقات والخطط العلاجية قبل الدفع، خصوصاً في حال حدوث ظروف طارئة قد تمنعه من إكمال الجلسات.
هذه تجربتي الشخصية وأتمنى أن يتم التعامل مع العملاء بمرونة أكبر في مثل هذه الظروف الإنسانية.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
I purchased a treatment package worth AED 8,000 and completed only the first session. Shortly afterwards, my father passed away, and due to my family circumstances and mourning period, I was unable to continue attending my appointments. Throughout this time, I remained in contact with the clinic and informed them of my situation. I was repeatedly reassured that it was not a problem and that they understood my circumstances.
When I later tried to continue my treatment, I was surprised to be told that I could no longer proceed with the package I had already paid for. Instead, I was asked to pay additional money and start a completely new treatment plan. I also submitted a complaint and was told that someone would contact me, but I never received any response.
As a result, I feel that the AED 8,000 I paid has effectively been wasted without receiving the full service I was promised.
My advice to others is to carefully review the terms and conditions of any treatment package before making payment, especially if unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from completing your sessions. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend paying per session rather than committing to a package plan.
This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the clinic will show greater flexibility and compassion when dealing with customers facing genuine family emergencies and difficult life circumstances.

اولاً ودي اشكر دكتورة امل شكر كبير جداً حضرت عندها استشارة وكانت نفسيتي تعبانه وهالشي كان مأثر ع ملامح وجهي وشعري كثير كنت اعاني من تصبغات وخطوط بالوجه وتساقط شعر وشعري كلن خفيف جداً بعد الاستشارة والجلسات اللي عملتها مع دكتورة امل صراحه ملامحي صارت اصغر بشرتي صارت حيوية التصبغات راحت لدرجة انه الكل كان يسألني وين مسوية ويهي وكنت اقولهم وانا مبسوطة (دكتورة امل) غير علاج تساقط الشعر اللي زاد شعري حيوية وقوة وقلب تساقط الشعر حتى طلع لي بييي هير وغطى عندي فراغات الشعر حتى اهلي لاحظو الفرق .
انصح الكل بالعيادة تعاملهم راقي صادقين معاكم وايد دكتورة امل ايدها خفيفه وعسولة تسلم ايدها يا رب ويعطيها الف عافيه يارب 😍♥️ رجعت ثقتي ف نفسي صرت احب نفسي وشعري اكثر 🥹♥️
I did lip fillers for the first time with dr. Amal and it was amazing. She knows what suits you best and recommends it without anything looking extra or fake.
The only sad part is that since it was my first time the filler dissolved from the first month.
اول مرا اسوي شفايف ف شوي كنت خايفة بس سويت شفايف عند دكتورة امل والصراحة شغلها طبيعي و حلوو و برجع أعيد عندها باذن الله. و العيادة بكبرها عيادة راقية و مرتبة و الي يشتغلون فيها ذوق
كانت تجربتي مع الدكتورة أمل رائعة جدًا. نتيجة الفيلر طبيعية ومتناسقة بشكل جميل، بالضبط مثل ما كنت أتمنى. دكتورة أمل محترفة جدًا وتهتم بأدق التفاصيل. بصراحة، هذه أفضل تجربة فيلر سويتها في حياتي وأنصح فيها بشدة.
