However, I decided to go in anyway, and they registered us upon arrival. Once inside, Dr. Riham asked us to return to the reception because a patient with an appointment had just arrived. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that my child was sick. I refused to leave and, eventually, Dr. Riham saw him quickly and prescribed medication. Unfortunately, the unprofessional behavior didn’t stop there. Dr. Riham immediately started arguing with the reception staff while we were still present, which was very unsettling.
