I am extremely satisfied with my hair transplant experience here. The facility is top-notch and the quality of the medical staff, including the doctors and nurses, is truly impressive. Their post-operative follow-up and care have been excellent. What really set them apart was their incredible hospitality; they even provided four meals for both me and my family during the process, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Şahan from the sales team. He has been incredibly attentive and professional from day one, and he continues to follow up with me even now. If you are looking for high-quality service and a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend this clinic.
Saç ekimi sürecimde gösterdikleri ilgi ve profesyonellik için tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederim. Tesis kalitesi ve hijyen standartları gerçekten üst düzeydeydi. Doktorların ve hemşirelerin operasyon sırasındaki ve sonrasındaki takipleri bana kendimi çok güvende hissettirdi. Beni en çok etkileyen ve diğer merkezlerden ayıran en önemli detay ise misafirperverlikleri oldu. Operasyon sürecinde sadece benimle değil, ailemle de yakından ilgilenip 4 öğün yemeğimize kadar her şeyi eksiksiz organize ettiler. Ayrıca satış ekibinden Şahan Bey’e özel bir teşekkür borçluyum. Surgery tr aracılığıyla saç ekimi gerçekleştirdim. Hem fiyat konusunda çok uygun fiyata ekim yaptırdım, hem de sürecin başından sonuna kadar desteklerini eksik etmediler, çok ilgili davrandılar. Doğru seçim yapmışım, teşekkürler.
I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the end of April, and the overall experience was excellent. The agent was very responsive and followed up with me consistently. The surgery itself was a success—I’m so glad I decided to go through with it, and the pricing was very reasonable.
The only suggestion I have is regarding the payment process. When I handed over the cash for the surgery fee to the translator at the hospital, I would have preferred to receive an immediate receipt or a confirmation email. It would have helped ease the slight anxiety I felt in that moment.
Overall, I still highly recommend them! Once I reach my weight loss goals, I’ll definitely be back for skin removal surgery.
I recently traveled to Istanbul from the states for a breast reduction and liposuction and can't recommend SurgeryTR more.
From day one via text, Sahan was the most helpful partner. He went above and beyond, ensuring my seemingly never-ending slew of questions were answered thoroughly. What started out feeling like a daunting process got simpler and simpler by the day with his assistance. He made sure that I had adequate information from the doctor to make the right decision, and I was impressed by how much more information I was able to get about the procedure, the risks and the recovery expectations compared to other surgeons I had been considering who did not partner with a company like SurgeryTR.
Dr. Gokhan Temiz performed my surgery and I am so happy I went with him. I felt completely comfortable with him and his team, and the entire experience at the hospital was very positive. His surgical assistant Tuğçe is truly an angel, she made me feel so safe in the first vulnerable hour after waking up from anesthesia which made all the difference in the world, as well as during the check up/drain removal appointment.
On the day, Hamza collected me from the hotel and brought me to the hospital, he thoughtfully translated for me and checked on me throughout the morning to make sure I had everything I needed before it was actually time for surgery. He was on hand 24/7 in the following days, helping me with any concerns and even making sure I knew which nearby pharmacies were open late or what apps to download to get food delivered.
Even the driver they arranged to bring me to the airport for my return journey genuinely cared about my well being - he came through security with me and dropped me off with the airline where I had arranged a wheelchair.
Having surgery abroad is definitely a challenging experience, and I am so happy I decided to book through SurgeryTR because they took the vast majority of the planning and thinking off of my plate, allowing me to focus solely on recovering. I would recommend them to anyone considering surgery in Istanbul.
My one recommendation would be: absolutely bring a companion with you. SurgeryTR took care of all of the logistics and absolutely made sure I was safe/had what I needed to recover. That said, the recovery process from a major surgery is vulnerable and there is no substitute for having a friend or family member there to help you through the worst of it.
