I used the services of Surgero and am so grateful I did. I was thinking about getting an upper and lower bleph, lipo 360 and another hair transplant to make my hair more full for a while. After seeing Surgero’s Black American client go viral I was impressed with the results and decided to reach out. From the very first conversations I was met with prompt responses and guidance all along the way. I reached out in July and was scheduled for all my procedures in September (that timeframe was impressive given most facilities have several months wait). The coordination from airport pick up, to personal escorts to all my appointments, procedures and companionship around the city was amazing. Though I’ve been to Instanbul several times. It felt good to have someone local to support me and be available for questions and support. Navigating the city can be daunting. Surgero didn’t make me feel like they were just getting clients and collecting money. They made me feel like family and were open and caring. Their team of people are genuinely good hearted and want you to have a smooth and low stress experience during your medical tourism. All of my procedures were successful, with no complications and my medications were picked up by them as well. I loved that the hotel, surgeries, transportation, labs, meds with options to be escorted around the city was available to me. I 1000% would recommend Gozde and her team. They are who you need when traveling abroad for surgery. Using their services was the best decision I could have made. I’ll never forget it. *Edit…Instanbul is a safe country and the people are very considerate. While shopping I lost my phone and sunglasses in a busy store. I panicked and asked two of the workers to call it, to no avail. I suggested we ask the cashier if anyone turned it in and someone in fact did. I collected my phone and two days later I passed the store again and decided to ask about my sunglasses and they were packed near the cashier and was swiftly given to me. You dont have to be concerned with safety in Istanbul. You want to stay at Hotel le Mirage. They give you other options but this hotel is decent and in the heart of the city. It’s very necessary to any healing process that you are active and this hotel is in the right location to do so. I’d certainly stay there again.

He took such great care to make sure my new smile was perfect, and the results are truly amazing.Dilara, my patient coordinator, was so helpful and organized everything flawlessly. She was always there with me and even arranged a tour of Istanbul in between my dental treatments and made my stay even more enjoyable. First thing you notice about Surgero, is the attention to detail and quality of care. The package included everything, and there is no extra charges or hidden costs. Absolutely amazing, they helped me keep within my budget, were transparent about everything. The hospitality was great, especially as I travelled by myself to Istanbul. The support during my stay was great as I didn’t have to worry about getting from and to the airport and my hotel was included in the price. I loved working with this team in helping me obtain the look I had for so long wanted. They looked after me brilliantly and my "carer" Zuhal was lovely. The surgeon and dentist they hooked me up with were of the highest standard. The English of the surgero team is excellent but be prepared for the hospital staff, nurses etc, not so. The area I stayed in to recuperate was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and understanding. After working with surgero you will leave thinking you now have a Turkish family. I had a DHI hair transplant done at Surgero, and I’m honestly blown away by the results so far. It’s only been 5 months, but I’m already seeing a full new hairline coming in! Kemal was my technician, and he was super patient and professional the whole time. The procedure itself was way smoother than I expected. Zuhal was my patient coordinator, and I gotta give her props – she handled EVERYTHING. From getting me picked up at the airport to making sure I had all my post-op products, she made sure I was good at every stage. Well organized, very supportive and friendly team. I had my surgery with them and they took care of everything. They provide excellent services such as recovery hotel, pickup and transfers from airport to hotel / clinic / hospital and vice versa. They also make sure you are getting healthy and fresh meals that will improve your recovery after the surgery (if you ask for this service). The recovery hotel is excellent and within a walking distance from everything you may need. In addition to that, you don't have to worry about your Turkish language skills because they speak very good English which is really needed in Turkey. I would highly recommend them.
