Revitalize have taken such good care of me, from translating for me, staying with me as I was having my surgery in hospital alone, transporting me to and from hospital to villa, and also providing me with catering and dietary guidance aswell as anything I needed in the resort. Everyone was so friendly and the other guests staying there were so lovely to talk to so even though I travelled alone, I never felt lonely❤️ my mum referred me to this organisation and I will continue to refer others as they are 10/10!!
First of all I would like to thank all the staff from the cleaners the cooks the drivers Ali was a great driver and the reception staff especially tiano she is so helpful
The rooms were cleaned every day the food was served quickly but as they have such a big English clientele they would be better serving some more traditional English food for a few days as well
We have suggested this so tonight it’s pizza and chips, the reason I mentioned the pizza is to show they do listen and are so helpful so maybe a more versatile menu would be good
It is good to have the communal area with the seats in the main room all together so that people could sit together and chat about their surgical experiences as well as have a good old chat
The building is in need of some repair as when it rained the roof leaked and made stairs wet plus a few other small things but I’m sure they will fix the roof soon if the other service is anything to go by
So to finish off I would like to make a special thankyou to Jackie Bonhan and my dentist for recommending how to have my teeth done I now smile teeth showing for the first time in over 20 years
And also Teona for her excellent service and being there for everything she does this is the main reason I have given for the first time a 5 star review I’m sure that the resort would fall apart with out her thankyou
I have been at Revitalizein with my daughter who has a tummy tuck.
My daughter is looking very well and recuparating at The Manderian Villa.
The operation was done on thursday,she had an over night at hospital where i stayed with her.
Then taken back to the villa. One thing i did complain about was the long trip on the bus back to villa. Not good after surgery. Think they need another bus.
The villa is very nice our stay has been good. Very clean,staff friendley.
The food has been very turkish,which could be more english.When all patients have been english. They have taken note and giveing us pizzza tonight.
The pool is lovely but some of the furniture is well worn and needs replacing really.With a little update it would be good.
Revitalize has been an amazing experience!
Everyone is so helpful and kind, they truly care about you as a person and help you to feel comfortable. Revitalize is very organized and time efficient with getting you everything you want within your stay. They are also realistic and honest, if a Doctor or provider feels a treatment may not be a good fit for you, they will explain why they believe this and will recommend other treatments that fit your needs better. I trust the Doctors and providers with Revitalize. It’s been quite a lovely experience!
I chose Revitalise in November 2025 for a deep plane facelift, neck lift, temple brow lift, and facial fat grafting. I was quite apprehensive beforehand, but the moment I met the surgeon and the team, all my worries disappeared. They were absolutely incredible , professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring.
We stayed at the Mandarin resort, which was lovely overall, and although there are a few small areas that could be improved, the experience surrounding the surgery itself was exceptional. Professor Ahmets hands gave me complete confidence, and the nurses were attentive, kind, and consistently supportive.
Our chaperones were brilliant throughout the stay. We had a few different ones, but Abbie supported my husband and me for most of our time there, and she was truly outstanding. Teona was also wonderful at the resort and Lali
The rest of the staff appear to be kind too.
We really enjoyed our time in Izmir exploring the bazaar, trying different restaurants, seeing the local sights, and having moments of proper relaxation too. The only area I feel could benefit from improvement is the food at the resort. Because it’s quite a distance from other places to eat, having more substantial meal options would make a big difference, especially for Brits recovering from surgery who often need protein-rich, hearty meals. The soups and porridge were delicious, but sometimes you just need a proper meal with meat and carbs to support recovery.
Aside from that, everything else was faultless. My husband also had dental work done, and the dentist was extremely attentive.
I’ve already booked to return this year for a breast revision and hairline procedure with Revitalise. Thank you so much for everything especially Teona and Abbi ❤️
I came for a tummy tuck at revitalise and there are pros and cons to it all! Being English. It would be nice to have information step-by-step of what was going to happen however it was quite confusing with who I should be speaking to with regards to, should it be the office or Jackie and the information wasn’t always consistent with how many days I should’ve been staying for there is a lack of communication with regards to when you arrive? What will happen next? Where you’re going to hospital or is it a clinic, who will I be seeing and Who’s going to be taking you and when you’re in a foreign country this kind of information is really vital especially when you are nervous about a procedure however the manager Teona Is amazing, she really makes revitalise She goes above and beyond to make you happy and all you have to do is ask her for something and she will find out for you or get it for you. The pool is lovely and the surroundings is beautiful ! the cleaners work ever so hard to keep the place nice and clean. However it could do with an update and a bit of TLC in some areas like water leaking on the stairs, the lift breaking down, not enough sun lounger cushions, tiles missing on the floor of the swimming pool which I hope in time they can do as this would really change the appearance. I really feel that it could do with a beauty salon part for women that are Wanting to feel pampered, it would be lovely if there was someone to paint your nails maybe give you a massage Or even a spa treatment As when you’ve been through a physical and mental experience, I feel that this would be beneficial. The food is not the greatest im an English person looking for Easy food I feel they Complicate the food and you don’t get any choices of a menu it’s always set. However, all that said I would still recommend vitalise to people that would like a procedure.
The whole process from start to finish was very slick, friendly and professional.
I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and there was another young lady with me as well.
We were dropped to the villa and given some soup which was nice.
Next day I had my surgery. Deep plane facelift, neck lift, temporal brow lift and upper eyes.
Everything went well and I spent the next 6 nights at the villa recovering.
It’s a lovely place to stay and you can even just pick oranges off the trees! They are super delicious.
I walked down to the sea one day as well. There are a couple of mini markets you can buy things from.
I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have surgery.
It takes all the stress out of it and they even found the flights for me!
One lady who was there with me had been there 6 times and when she told me her age I very nearly fell off my chair lol!
Will definitely be back possibly for teeth.

I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo, my surgeon is literally a genius! 1 week post op and extremely happy and healing very well.
The retreat is absolutely beautiful and so are all the staff involved with the company.
