Ailecek çıktığımız bu tatili normalde 5 gün planlamış ama müthiş ilgileri, temizliği, güler yüzleri, yemekleri ve yaklaşımları ile bize kendi evimizden daha rahat hissettirdikleri için 1 haftaya uzatıp bütün enerjimizi topladık. Küçük çocukla rahat edemem diye düşünüp tedirgin olurken çocuğum için odaya özel yemekler geldi. Temizlik ekibi çok hızlı ve profesyonel her gün aynı saatte dipli köşeli temizlenmiş her şey yenilenmiş çiçek gibi odalara geldik. Havalimanından bizi alan Cengizhan temiz arabası, hoş sohbeti ve dikkati ile bizi ilk andan mest etti. Resepsiyonda Şule hanım ve Berkant bey gece saat kaç olursa olsun yardımlarını, güler yüzlerini ve sevecenliklerini eksik etmediler. Restoranda Barış bey, Burcu hanım, Amine hanım ve ismini bilmediğim diğer arkadaşlar A’dan Z’ye güler yüzleri ile hizmette ve ilgide sınır tanımadılar. En büyük teşekkürüm ise mutfak ekibine. Mutfak şefi ve yardımcıları küçük çocuğum yemek yemediği için rica ettiğimde güler yüzlü bir şekilde çocuğuma yardımcı olacaklarını söyleyip sevdiği yemeği yapıp kavanoza koydular. Bu güzel işletme ve mükemmel ekip için otel sahibine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gitmek için sabırsızlanıyorum .
This dental company is an absolute scam and the worst experience possible; I was abandoned on my second visit after getting implants six months ago.
Abandoned on second visit: Six months ago, I had my first visit where my implants were placed. I was supposed to come back now for the second stage of my treatment, but instead, I was completely abandoned.
No contact or pickup: After landing in Turkey, nobody was there to pick me up, and the company has cut off all communication.
No accommodation: I was left stranded at the airport without the hotel room that was supposed to be provided.
Likely bankruptcy: It seems the company went bankrupt, leaving patients stranded without finishing their medical treatment.
Do not trust this company under any circumstances.
The only reason I went with this company is because I had a about 20 friends that have used them all with fantastic results.
Also, they had an office just 20 miles away from me in Stratford on Avon .
I had full Dental reconstruction with sinus lift and bone graft done by Regenesis about two years ago now, I couldn’t praise them any higher .
I had a little bit of gum irritation at first they didn’t hesitate but to have me back with no cost and alter my set up .
Fantastic company,great after-care service,great staff .
They look after you like an egg in a cake , I highly recommend them.

This clinic is the worst clinic in Türkiye. I had my tooth fixed in this clinic. I am not satisfied at all. They use the worst dental materials. My tooth got broken and they took the money again but they did not fix my tooth. I want to translate this article into several languages and let everyone know. I do not recommend it to anyone. Their team is very inexperienced.
This place has closed down with very difficult communications for anyone seeking warranty work carried out.

After contacting Alper back in March 2024 about having all my teeth taken out and replacing with implants and 24 zirconium crowns, the whole process was stress free and very well managed. My first visit was in September 2024 I was so nervous about this so flew out with my partner and had all the work done everything was as so professional to getting picked up from airport to getting dropped back of to come home.
My second visit was then arranged for February 2025 where I would have the teeth I have always dreamed. Two weeks before I was due to come my partner decided she wanted hers doing to, so I messaged Alper to see if they could fit her in while I was there and they did. So we both flew out and stayed a week and by the end of the the week was both so happy with the work we had both had they are amazing and couldn’t fault anything.
The hotel and dentist surgery was so clean, all the staff so friendly and helpful and a credit to Regenisis. Thank you so much for everything and making a dream come true for us both
