I tried to schedule a cat eye surgery I told his secretary, Sibel, I was having a nose job with a different doctor before he said he can’t do the cat eye after (after he already told me for weeks it is possible) then he blocked me for awhile and stopped responding and told me they would not see me as a patient even tho I offered to change my rhinoplasty later to have the cat eye surgery with them first. I tried complaining to the doctor as well. They are insane & the secretary or scheduler, SIBEL, is a psycho. If the doctor fired him maybe it’s worth seeing the doctor, but if not, I can only assume the doctor is just as unreasonable and angry as the assistant because the doctor read my message and did nothing…. Dropping a patient just because I am having rhinoplasty first & even am offering to change my date is very unreasonable
Love love love my results.. came from USA everything was seamless.. I had a great experience with the assistant Sibel .. didn’t have to worry about transportation, hotel, check in was covered for me everything was perfect and extremely easy. Also sibel was answering me all the months before when I was in USA with all my questions I had.
