I had a 360 tummy tuck, 360 lipo and breast uplift with implants by Dr Ayse Kalay in January 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey. This is my honest review at 6 weeks post op. My results are amazing and far beyond my expectations. I’ve had minimal swelling and my incisions are healing beautifully. Dr Ayse listened to what I hoped to achieve and I took her guidance on implant size based on my frame/size and the outcome is perfect. Dr Ayse’s co-originator, Kerem, has answered my many questions over several months prior to surgery and has been of tremendous support to me before and after surgery. I cannot recommend Dr Ayse Kalay and her team highly enough. From my very first contact, her coordinator Kerem was the kindest and most helpful person. He was incredibly supportive from start to finish and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small or trivial. That level of reassurance made such a difference. I was collected from the airport and taken straight to the hospital, where Kerem met me personally. He stayed by my side while I had all of my pre-op tests done, which immediately put me at ease. I was then shown to my room, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The following morning, I met with Dr Ayse and her assistant Ebrar. They both made me feel comfortable within minutes. Dr Ayse took the time to explain the entire process in detail, and we talked through my desired results thoroughly. I felt completely heard and understood. Around 30 minutes later, I went down for surgery. I woke up about five hours later back in my room, warm and well looked after. The care I received throughout was exceptional. Now, just 24 days post-surgery, I am absolutely blown away by my results. I have barely experienced any pain during the entire recovery process, and I am healing far beyond my expectations for just over three weeks post-op. My incisions are barely visible — and I truly mean barely. The whole team has been an absolute delight to deal with, and I am beyond happy with my body and my decision to choose Dr Ayse Kalay.

All in all I must say you all are in amazing hand’s , Dr Ayse is wonderful and really knows who to make a person feel at ease though she may not know the best of English Ebrar is always there to translate for you, the nurses were amazing and constantly checked up on me. 🎀❤️ I definitely recommend Dr Ayse Kalay. * MY BREASTS have come open a lot and I have put pics on other review sites and Facebook, they are very Red, hot and smell very bad right now so I’m panicking and getting myself in a state, there is another girl in hospital with sepsis if you read her FB reviews, I wish so much I hadn’t gone with her* Update: My breast implants are being removed 2 months after having them done with dr Ayse Kalay, I’m really disfigured, I have also spent some time in hospital on IV antibiotics, not once have they offered to replace them or even messaged to see how I am, think I will stay in the EU for replacement now as EU have to abide by uk laws and regulations Can people also start reading the paperwork they rush you to sign when you get there, they stand over you turning pages and telling you what to write and sign, it’s all very rushed, put there is a second saying if you die in theatre that they can harvest your organs. *PLEASE BE CAREFUL* I’ve been waiting to see how the aftercare would be before writing this and it’s safe to say it’s awful and so is my surgery. It says I can ad photos on here but I’m not sure they are appropriate as they are very upsetting to look at, I am on Facebook and I have put pics on her Facebook page though I’m blocked from there now

Louisa..... If you are thinking about surgery, please go here. You will not regret it. I am 8 days post op and I'm really happy I made a decision to go here. I had paid €500 to another clinic before I got to speak with Dr Ayse and at that moment, my spirit told me that this is the right person to touch me and I am happy I made that decision and left the other clinic. I had a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction 360 and can't stop looking at myself in the mirror 😅. She is wonderful with her team, comes every morning to check on you and change the drainage. I also love the fact that they are not selling or flashing fancy hotels and cars to gain traffic. I was given the option of going to the hotel after 3 days or staying in the hospital for the whole journey and I choose to stay in the hospital, after all I came for my health and hotels can't help. I am happy to the extent of giving each staff €20 on my day of departure (about 7 of them). Then Furkan is sweet nice gentle man! Very honest and attentive. My friends are already asking me for them and they will be getting like 10 of my friends 😆. I HIGHLY recommend 👌. Now let me go heal enjoy my new me.

I've had my breast argumentation in May with doctor Ayse .When I booked the appointment I asked for a big size like 600cc because my breast is saggy.They promise I will have a big size but she didn't put the size I wanted. Now after the surgery my breast is very small and saggy .It doesn't even look like I had an implant.I'm very disappointed with the results as they are not even 20% of my expectation .I paid a lot of money and I had a lot of pain. I don't understand why she said she can put a big size but she didn't. Also her attitude was toward was bad.I would not recommend to anyone her.
