I had a great experience with this clinic in Turkey. I traveled from Canada for my treatment and felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process. I had chin liposuction (double chin removal) and lip fillers done, and I’m really happy with my results.
The staff were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly before and after the procedures. The clinic is clean, organized, and I felt comfortable even being far from home. Recovery instructions were also very helpful.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and results. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic treatments in Turkey.

My experience with Omega Clinic was extremely disappointing and I would urge prospective patients to exercise extreme caution before travelling to Turkey for treatment.
The clinic's representatives were very persuasive during the sales process and made promises regarding accommodations, treatment planning, and overall patient care. However, the reality was completely different from what was presented before travel.
The hotel provided was far below the standard that had been implied. Instead of comfortable accommodations suitable for international medical travelers, I was placed in a small, dirty hotel that was not what I expected based on the assurances given before my trip.
The financial aspect was even more troubling. The treatment plan and pricing changed significantly after arrival and after the clinic reviewed my scans and X-rays. The final costs were substantially higher than what had initially been discussed, leaving me feeling that I had little choice after already investing in international travel.
Communication was often unclear, with staff members discussing my case among themselves in Turkish without adequately explaining what was being decided regarding my treatment and costs. This made the entire process feel uncomfortable and lacking in transparency.
International patients place a great deal of trust in clinics when making expensive medical travel decisions. In my experience, that trust was not respected. I felt misled about both the accommodations and the overall cost of treatment.
My advice to anyone considering this clinic is to obtain multiple independent opinions, insist on detailed written treatment plans and fixed pricing before travelling, and carefully verify all promises regarding accommodations and services.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Omega Clinic.
One additional concern was the $400 deposit I was required to pay before traveling. My understanding was that this payment would be applied toward my treatment. However, after deciding not to proceed with the revised treatment plan, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded and had instead been applied toward hotel and related expenses.
This was not made sufficiently clear to me before I traveled and added to my overall feeling that the financial arrangements lacked transparency. International patients should carefully obtain written confirmation regarding deposits, refund policies, accommodation charges, and cancellation terms before making any commitments.

I had a very disappointing experience with Omega Clinic in Turkey. I found their communication to be unprofessional and, at times, rude. After my initial inquiries, I felt pressured by repeated messages and follow-ups that made me uncomfortable rather than supported as a potential patient.
Instead of feeling respected, I felt harassed by the amount and tone of the communication. When considering a medical procedure, patients should feel safe, informed, and free to make decisions without pressure.
In contrast, my experience with Istanbul Care Clinic was completely different. From start to finish, I felt respected, safe, and valued as a patient. Their staff answered my questions professionally, never pressured me, and never repeatedly messaged me in a way that felt intrusive. The entire process was handled with care and professionalism.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Omega Clinic due to their communication practices. I had a much more positive and comfortable experience with Istanbul Care Clinic and would choose them again without hesitation.
Do not get a hair transplant at this clinic. Save your money, health, and time. The price is around $1,300, which is extremely cheap compared to other clinics in Turkey, and unfortunately the results reflect that.
Both my friend and I had procedures here and saw less than 40% growth, with patchy areas and misplaced hair.
Many of the positive reviews seem to be written during the visit because of customer service, not based on the final results months later.
They also promise a 4-star hotel, but the hotel we were given was very poor with dirty beds.
It’s better to spend an extra $1,000 and go to a reputable clinic instead.
