Yurt dışında yaşayan bir Vatandaş olarak ilk başta haliyle endişelerim vardı. Tedaviden ziyade hizmet, hijyen ve konaklama hususları kararımı ilaveten zorlaştıran faktörlerdi.
Fakat tüm OKA ailesi beni hasta veya müşteri gibi değil, bir misafir gibi ağırladı. Profesyonel ve kişisel danışma ile bütün kuşkularımı yok ettiler. A’dan Z’ye hiç bir sorumu cevapsız bırakmadan daima yanımda oldular. Bu şirketin servis anlayışı tedavi bitene kadar değil, ilk mesajla başlamak üzere bugüne kadar sürmekte.
En çok korktuğum şey saç ekiminin başarısız olması veya ekilen ve kök alınan yerlerin gözükmesi idi. ICE Fue tekniği ile köklerin zarar görmemesi sağlandı ve şimdi, tedaviden yaklaşık bir sene sonra saçlarım yine gür ve sağlıklı. Kendimi yine bir gençmiş gibi hissediyorum.

Recently completed my transplant at this clinic and can say I am satisfied. The team that worked with me was very patient and accommodating. I would highly recommend. I will come back in a few months and update the review with the results of the operation. But as of right now I can say I am happy so far!
