My experience with Carely Clinic Istanbul was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The level of care and customer service was comparable to a 5-star hotel.
A special thank you to Adam Ali, who was my WhatsApp contact throughout the entire process. He was available 24/7 and whenever I needed anything, he arranged it immediately. The communication was excellent and made me feel completely supported.
The clinic provides full meals, but if you don't like something, they are happy to order different food for you or even bring something from the café downstairs. Every patient is assigned a translator who not only helps with communication during consultations and procedures but is also available if you need anything else, even simple things from a nearby store.
Airport transfers, hotel transfers, and all transportation between the hotel and clinic were included and perfectly organized. After the procedure, a massage therapist even came to my hotel for post-operative massages, which was a wonderful touch.
To top everything off, I received flowers at the end of my stay, which was such a lovely surprise.
Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the results of my procedure. The medical team was professional, kind, and attentive, and everything was handled at the highest standard. I was genuinely impressed by how well cared for I felt throughout the entire journey.
I highly recommend Carely Clinic to anyone considering surgery in Turkey. Thank you to the whole team for such an exceptional experience!
I had a very positive experience with Carely Clinic in Istanbul from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by my coordinator, Adam. He arranged VIP transfers and a wonderful 5-star hotel, which made the entire journey smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for his support—he is kind, understanding, and always available when needed.
At the hospital, another colleague named Adam assisted me throughout the process. He was also very caring, friendly, and attentive, which made me feel at ease.
My plastic surgeon, Dr. Alirza, listened carefully to my wishes and provided honest and professional advice about the procedure. He was very understanding and kind, which gave me a lot of confidence.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Carely Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment. A truly great experience!
I’ve just returned home from Istanbul where I’ve had breast lift and augmentation in Carely clinic and everything is looking great and healing very well.
All transfers, consultations, surgery and hotel where arranged perfectly and me and my partner didn’t have to worry about any of that.
We had our own coordinator that was very helpful especially communicating with hospital staff.
The only downside in my situation was card payments. I was made aware that I will have to pay 15% on top of initial payment, if I am paying with card, only after I arrived to Istanbul. So, make sure you take cash with you when planning surgeries in Turkey.
Also, I was very happy that I decided to take my partner with me(which is included in price). First days after surgery his support was amazing.
Bottom line is that I would definitely go back to this clinic, if I ever decide to have more surgeries, but with cash next time😊
