Saç ekimi için watsap üzerinden bilgi almak istedim. Verilen fiyatı başka bir fiyatla kıyaslama yaptım ve farkı ne diye sordum... Sorduğuma pişman ettiler... Bir hakaret yemedğim kaldı. Gidin orada yaptırın. Biz en iyisiz.Size Bağcılar'da istediğiniz fiyatı verirler gibi abuk sabuk laflar ettiler... Müşteri sormayacak sorgulamayacak heralde. Üstünede haddinizi bilin diye de laf yedik.

The clinic is very clean and a nice place to be, and I’m reasonably happy with the procedure I had here last year but I have to say Dr Ilker can be quite rude and unprofessional.
Before I was about to go in for my procedure he snapped at me along the lines of “I’m the expert here” because I requested some minor changes to what he was proposing, and given that I was quite nervous and stressed at the time I backed down.
Following that, I was told to submit a follow up/progress report, in which I raised that incident. Despite his assistant promising I would get a reply, it’s been over 3 weeks now and I’ve not had a reply from Dr Ilker and his assistant is no longer replying to my messages.
Be warned that this could happen to you and do not back down if you feel unhappy with what is being proposed.
Прождала час!!, так и не получив услугу, на которую была запись. Причину задержки никто тоже не удосужился объяснить. Не советую, если вам ценно время.
Staff here are very professional and the environment is clean & beautiful - the spa uses Sisley products which are very nice and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for skin care or Hydrafacials
