I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. My hair transplant was done poorly, and for the past year the staff kept promising to refund me part of the payment. However, to this day, I still haven’t received anything back. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept making excuses – blaming banking issues, saying it’s not simple, or even accusing me of not understanding them. At one point, they even asked me to sign a contract stating that the transplant was “successful,” which is simply not true. Be cautious and choose another clinic. They are not honest or reliable.
