I knew straight away who I was going to use as my niece had been done through Get Slim.
From the time I booked I felt supported & well informed. When I got to the hospital I had an amazing welcome, get slim team was so friendly and helpful with constant positive vibes just put me at ease straight away. On the day of surgery the Get Slim team were there to encourage, lend a hand each time I needed something and put my mind at ease. My surgeon Dr Ugur was really lovely and came in to check on me each morning after surgery. The nurses were amazing too they showed empathy and care. Get Slim has given me a new healthy start and I’m excited to for my journey ahead. I can never thank you enough for all you did for me, if you needed anything they were only a ring of a bell away from me! they would hold your hand through everything like literally everything. I had a 5* service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend to everyone that is on the fence of having this done. A massive thank you to get slim 😊
Get Slim made the process so much easier to book, go through and handle. The Hospital they use is gorgeous, looks like a posh hotel. Their staff are brilliant so attentive and caring, always checking on you. Lois was my interpreter and she was brilliant, even holding my hand when they were trying to get my bloods. She checked in with us regularly and helped with any query I had. She is a credit to the Get Slim Team. The hospital staff are lovely too, very caring and professional

When I decided what weight loss surgery I wanted, I knew straight away who I was going with as some of my family members had been done through Get Slim.

Unfortunately I suffered gas pain , felt weak and tired first 48hrs and it made me moody (I’m sorry ) Get Slim team were there to encourage, lend a hand each time I needed something. My surgeon was really lovely and came in to check in each morning . The nurses were amazing too they showed empathy, care and super encouraging. Together this 3 teams work is outstanding.Get Slim has given me a new healthy start and I’m excited to for this journey . I had a terrible experience with Get Slim, especially with Lisa and Enes. Enes treated me so poorly that I felt like I might end up on the streets in Turkey. The doctor’s advice was not to proceed with the sleeve, so I needed to stay at the hotel instead of the hospital, but Enes didn’t support this decision. Despite claiming to prioritise their patients, Get Slim pressured me to get the sleeve once I was in Turkey, even after the doctor advised against it.
I ended up arguing with them because I had already spent £3k and was left confused and stressed, especially since I was alone.
Lisa, the coordinator, gave advice that seemed based on textbook knowledge rather than practical experience, and I haven’t heard from her since I paid the £300 deposit. If you use Get Slim, I recommend asking for someone else to assist you.
Be aware that the hospital demands payment before you even speak to the doctor. For me, it was too late—they had my money, and despite the doctor advising against the sleeve, I wasn’t entitled to a full refund because Get Slim insisted I should have the sleeve.
I spoke to the owner, Tracey, who is a pleasant individual. However, it’s clear the company profits more from patients getting a sleeve rather than other surgeries.
The aftercare provided by Get Slim is minimal, consisting only of a single text message and an email asking if I was okay.
Overall, I strongly discourage anyone from booking with Get Slim. Their service is extremely poor and not worth the hassle—go directly to the hospital or book with someone else. The hospital staff are excellent, but Get Slim is terrible.
Absolutely amazing care from the start. The get slim team make your journey so much easier by being by your side the whole way through and even after. If your considering GetSlim I would highly recommend, do all your research and ask as many questions as you need. It's never too much believe me, the get slim team will always do everything they cam to help
I went with GetsliminTurkey for a gastric sleeve procedure and it was the best decision ever. The care I received at Gozde Hospital was amazing, the GetsliminTurkey team were always on hand to answer any questions and support me every step from pre op tests through to discharge. The minute I arrived at hospital I was welcomed by lovely staff, waiting to get my pre op tests started and boy were they thorough, I saw more Doctors in the first 24 hours than I had in my whole adult life, ultrasounds, x-rays, blood tests, every part of me was checked to make sure I was fit enough for surgery. The surgery itself went well and I have comprehensive notes from the surgeon detailing every aspect of the operation. Aftercare was amazing, I was monitored constantly and the nurses were on hand for when I needed pain meds etc. my sister came as my companion and was so impressed with the care I received, she has booked weight loss surgery and dental work for herself. I am nearly 3 weeks post op and feeling fantastic, yes, it is tough and definitely not the easy option but GetsliminTurkey made the process as smooth as possible. Oh and the surgeon, the wonderful Dr Fikret was lovely.
I can’t thank GetSlim enough for my weight loss journey, they were excellent with me and have been every step of the way since, even since being home. I’m 8 months PO and over 6 and a half stone down, get slim still keep in touch now to make sure I am okay. I would recommend them to anyone that asks!
I had friends book through get slim and another who went to ozel saglik so I knew I’d be in good hands. The get slim team are phenomenal and the aftercare is second to non. The whole process from start to finish was so easy, any questions they have the answers. Worried about the operation they will be there to reassure you. I highly recommended this company if your thinking about getting sleeved or any other treatment they offer x
