3 yıldan beri menisküs ağrısı çekiyordum ağrılarım iyice arttığı için doktora gittim MR çekildim grade 2 yırtık ve sıvı artışı olduğu gözlemlendi. Dizim baya bi ağrıyordu ve ameliyat olmaktan da korkuyordum hala korkuyorum. Daha sonra Simge hanımla tanıştık benim gibi çok fazla hastası olduğunu ameliyatsız bir şekilde toparlandıklarını söyledi o kadar emindi ki konuşmasından ona çok güvendim iyi ki gitmişim aşırı memnumum.
