What a great service Eromed Clinics provided! I had been bitten by a dog. From when it happend and the hotel ring the clinic and I was collect within 15mins and taken straight to the clinic where they delt with the travel insurance with no hassle, I was seen with 10mins of arriving at the clinic and then transport arranged to take me to the hospital and then back to my hotel. When i arrived at the hospital the driver sorted everything for me checking me in and taking me to have my injections. This was also a very smooth process thanks to the clinic as some didnt speak much English at the hospital. It was then arranged for me to have another injection I was collected from the hotel and same process as above. Thanks alot to all the people involed much appreciated.

Aucune transparence, aucune facture claire (juste écrit 250€ sur un bout de papier). Le plus grave : ils ont tenté de modifier le compte rendu médical pour éviter que notre assurance prenne en charge les frais. Ils ont tenté de faire passer la piqûre comme un simple coup de soleil même si au final, même un coup de soleil est pris en charge par notre grosse assurance. L’assistante à l'accueil s’énerve et nous dit que non, notre assurance ne peut pas nous aider d’ici. C’est non seulement malhonnête, mais totalement inadmissible. Après plusieurs appels et de l’insistance, on nous laisse téléphoner à notre assurance qui nous confirme bien qu’il prenne en charge les soins et qu’ils s’occupent du payement. Ce genre de comportement ternit l’image de la médecine locale et profite clairement des touristes. Nous déconseillons fortement cette clinique.
