My mum went for her second round of treatment here in march and all I can say is that it was outstanding. My mums patient coordinator was Richard both times we went and both times his service was 5 star. He remembered from the first time my mums patient coordinator was anxious and put all her fears out of her mind. He consistently reassured her and checked on her he went above and behind and is an excellent asset to the team. Big thanks to him and the rest of the team who were also excellent

I honestly cannot recommend DCT (Dental Centre Turkey) highly enough from start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I arrived, everything was organised, professional, and welcoming. A huge thank you to Dennis, my coordinator and translator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. He made everything so easy to understand, always there to answer questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. My dentist, Ahmet Barman, was outstanding. I was naturally a little nervous at the beginning, but he immediately put me at ease with his calm, reassuring manner and incredible professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the results truly life-changing! And I can’t forget Cajun, who worked with the pegs she was such a lovely, warm person and always greeted us with a friendly smile every morning. She created such a relaxed and positive atmosphere, even recommending some amazing drinks that made each visit feel that little bit more special. The entire team at DCT Dental Centre made me feel valued and cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and clearly run to the highest standards. Stunning clinic, which puts so many British dental clinics to shame… The high end tech of DCT is beyond exquisite, which is complimented by its incredibly professional, attentive, and indeed talented staff. After arriving in our VIP transfer, and being offered a generous menu of drinks, we met with Richard, ‘My Man’ who made everything possible. As the client Ambassador, Richard ensures that your needs are communicated, and reached, and takes great care of any anxieties that you might have. Richard excels with his first class interpersonal skills, shows great kindness and generosity of spirit, is a credit to DCT, and as such was ‘My Man’ during our visit ;) The whole process was outstanding in its swift professionalism; panoramic X-rays, photos in the studio, Root Canal Specialist, followed by our Cosmetic Dentists, Dr. Bertant and Dr. Murat. Both gentlemen were excellent in their application; Dr. Bertant in particular, was immensely tenacious in getting as close to what I wanted. Fantastic experience from the moment you make contact with DCT, because you feel genuinely valued, and no question is too much trouble. Likewise, once you arrive, not only do you have ‘My Man’ Richard looking after you, but equally all the amazing staff (thank you Kami and all the beautiful girls on Reception) ensuring that you are comfortable and happy, and as such it made it very hard to leave. Absolute professionals. From the staff that serve you complimentary refreshments at the reception all the way to the surgeons that recommend not to take some dental services due to my current dental health which may affect the quality of the results and instead they provide assistance in other treatments I can take instead. Not being a Turkish native and being in a foreign country I really appreciate their honestly and professionalism of the staff and surgeons. So happy with the operations, after care and medicine they recommended to me. The surgery office itself is premium high end 'private healthcare' style and I felt the quality in its design and style. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I had two dental implants (one above and one below), 2 wisdom teeth removed (1 below and 1 above) and an deep clean (more expensive option selected) I was informed not to take the teeth whitening dye to my dental health!!. Thanks to the team for the amazing experience!
