Bugun acil gelisen bir durum nedeniyle call centerinizi aradik bize calistiginizi ilettiler (bayram sebebiyle aramadan gelmeyelim dedik) geldigimizde resepsiyondaki beyefendi(!) yabanci hastalarinin oldugunu (hakli tabi bir pound kac lira olmus) yardimci olamayacagini devlet hastanesine gidip antibiyotik yazdirabilecegimi (ben kendim hekimim zaten kime ne akli verdigini hic anlamadim) onlarin dolu oldugunu ifade etti. Acil olmasam gelmeyecegimi (hatta tam olarak istanbuldan onu gormeye gelmedigimi soyledigimde beni kit olmakla anlamamakla sucladi. Simdi kimin zekasinin kime yetecegine karar vermek ona dusmedi. Anladik tok saticisiniz ama terbiyesizlige gerek yok. Kapiniza turkler gelmesin biz yabanci musteri seviyoruz yazarsiniz olur biter.
Bunların gözünü dolar avro bürümüş. Pandemi nedeniyle sadece yabancılara bakıyorlarmış. Onların virüsü zararsız mı? Bu nasıl bir çarpık yaklaşım. Yazıklar olsun. Kendi insanına hizmet vermeyen kafayı anlamak mümkün değil.
Very good service, from the moment i arrived to the clinic until the last day every step was organised professionally, no pain, these guys are professionals all the way, know what they are doing. Got zirconium crowns sorted 11 of them on the bottom of jaw, did my research got everything sorted 1 one week, can't complain really price really good and services are 5*.
Excellent experience with DCT from start to finish. The clinic is modern, professional and extremely well organised, and all the staff have been friendly and helpful throughout. The quality of the initial work was excellent, but what impressed me most was the aftercare and support. I recently returned with a minor issue and the team dealt with it quickly, professionally and without any hassle at all. Fantastic service, great communication, and they really stand by their work. Highly recommended.
I was initially a bit nervous, but from my first visit, I knew I was in good hands.The Dental service was highly professional and well structured, with every step clearly explained and smoothly carried out. The staff were absoulutely lovely, reassuring,and attentive throughout. I was picked up from my hotel on time for every appointment and dropped back afterward, which made the whole experience stree free.Even when I needed a prescription,the driver kindly stopped at the pharmacy.

I felt welcomed by Richard as soon as I entered the door with a welcoming smile all the dentists where so lovely and made me feel so calm previous to my nervous self and relaxed me and made me feel in safe hands which I was !! I am writing this review to share my experience factually so others can make an informed decision.
I received dental implant treatment from Dental Centre Turkey. Unfortunately, one implant (position 26) failed due to non-integration with the bone and became painful and mobile. This has been acknowledged by the clinic in writing.
In addition, I have been informed by the clinic that there are concerns regarding a second implant, where radiolucency has been identified and further investigation has been advised to determine whether there is bone loss or implant failure.
I am currently experiencing ongoing pain and, due to personal circumstances, I am unable to travel back to Turkey for the a few months. Despite explaining the urgency and the risk of further bone loss, I was advised that assessment and any remedial treatment could only be carried out if I returned in person and paid again. No practical local aftercare solution or interim clinical support was offered. Just return and pay again.
I understand that implant failure can occur; however, I am disappointed by the lack of effective aftercare support when a confirmed implant failure — and concerns regarding a second implant — have resulted in chronic pain, uncertainty, and the need for urgent intervention. Even after formal complaint, no practical aftercare was offered.
I am now having to seek treatment locally in the UK to prevent further complications. I believe it is important for prospective patients to carefully consider not only the treatment itself, but also how aftercare is managed should complications arise.
I intend to update this review as further clinical assessments and outcomes become clear.
