We chose this clinic based on their 5‑star rating, but in reality, that rating feels misleading. It appears to be more about attracting customers — almost like a cover or trap — rather than reflecting the quality of serious medical treatments. After trusting them with our procedure, we began experiencing serious complications shortly after leaving Istanbul — including wobbly implants and even exposed implant wires. This was both alarming and distressing. We contacted the clinic immediately, but once they were made aware of the issues, they distanced themselves and stopped responding. Despite previously claiming that the treatment was guaranteed for years, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. We even travelled back to Istanbul and visited the clinic in person to seek help. Again, they refused to provide treatment or honour their earlier assurances. Our experience has shown that if something goes wrong, you may be left completely unsupported. We deeply regret choosing this clinic among the many available options in Istanbul. We had to pay another clinic to fix the issues which they caused and refused to fix.

I had a spectacular experience from beginning to end. Dr Karam and his team were highly knowledgeable, patient, gentle, realistic, honest and understanding throughout each and every consultation. The accommodation I stayed at (Taxim express) was unbeatable in terms of location, catering and service. The manager truely went above and beyond to help where he could (highly recommend). The team of facilitators (Marwan and Sally) are highly responsive and catered well to my inability to speak Turkish.

Dentist and associates were calm.I’m severely scared of needles. They assured me everything was fine even after I cried. Yeah I’m a big baby lol. All in all they were very professional and helpful with my journey. On the backside what they quoted me before I arrived changed tremendously. Everything was supposed To be included, but every little thing had an extra fee. I was not told it would be any additional fees when I arrived I was assured that all the dental and procedures would be included, including anything extra. When I spoke with the representative, I asked about my gaps cavities etc. they assured me that it was fine. the doctor looked at it. And my quote stood solid. I feel as if I wasted the money and could have gotten a Hollywood smile in Cali Columbia instead And that’s Where I’ll be sending my friends instead. Also, the dentist, aunt or the doctor did not give me any instructions after this surgery going home I had to tell this to the WhatsApp and they proceeded now I’m following up with my home doctor
