Müşteri ile iletişimleri inanılmaz kötü. Resmen şok oldum. Lenf drenajı ile ilgili bilgi almak için çağrı merkezini aradım. Bilgi veremiyoruz diyerek randevu verdiler. Randevu saatinde Centrium'daydım. Ancak 20 dk bekletildim ve kimse benimle ilgilenmedi. 20 dk nın sonunda kendimi hatirlattim. Hemşirelerden birine lenf drenajı ile ilgili soru sordular. Ve hemşire bu şubede lenf drenajı olmadığını ancak Nişantaşı şubede olduğunu söyledi. Bir sürü saçma olaydan sonra Nişantaşı şubeye ulaştılar. Orada da yokmuş. Ortada hiçbir şey yokken sadece bilgi almak istedim diye bir sürü zamanım çalındı. Gerçekten çok saçmaydı.

Sou Brasileiro e fiz meu transplante capilar com eles. O Lugar é muito limpo, muito elegante e a equipe é muito profissional. Entretanto, meus resultados não foram bons. A própria equipe reconheceu isso e me ofereceu gratuitamente uma nova sessão. Todos os meses e recebo o feedback. Fiquei insatisfeito que na última vez em que enviei fotos, eles me passaram um orçamento, mesmo depois de terem prometido que seria gratuito. Espero que resolvam o mal entendido.
