Worst customer service ever. The representative cussed me because I contacted another clinic. Her name is ayla. She told me that I'm impolite.don't look at how white teeth are. implants should be centered leveled. crowns should be done by Prosthodontist knows about bite design. not implant Dr. آيله اللي بتتواصل معي لاني قلت اني عملت اشعه اسنان بره. . قالت لي اني قليل الذوق.والاهم أن من يعمل الاسنان يكون اخصائي اسنان وعويضيه مش متخصص زراعات فقط. و مسجل بوزاره الصحه. .Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü müşteri hizmeti. Başka bir kliniği aradığım için temsilci bana küfretti. Adı Ayla. Bana kaba olduğumu söyledi.Dişlerin ne kadar beyaz olduğuna bakmayın. İmplantlar ortalanmış ve düzgün bir şekilde yerleştirilmelidir. Kronlar, ısırma tasarımı konusunda bilgili bir protez uzmanı tarafından yapılmalıdır, implant doktoru tarafından değil.
Güler yüzlü ve ilgili bir ekip İlk andan itibaren kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Klinik oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi🤍Doktorum tedavi sürecini ayrıntılı şekilde anlattı ve her aşamada benimle ilgilendi. Sonuçtan çok memnunum 🥰🫶🏻Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.

I first heard about the clinic through a friend who did his treatment there, and after seeing his amazing results with All-on-6 implants and a Hollywood Smile, I decided to go for it myself.
Honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The whole staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly during the whole process. Special thanks to Mr. Adam for all his support and care.
The hotel was very good, and the driver was polite and professional, which made everything easier and more comfortable.

This whole experience has been 5 stars, after having missing teeth and partial dentures for 10+ years, Bianca’s clinic was successfully able to extract 7 teeth and drill 11 holes on a major project. After everything I have a new set of permanent teeth and I’m exceptionally pleased!! The owner, the staff, and everybody made me feel like home!
I came all the way from Boston, Massachusetts just to visit Bianca Clinic, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff treated me with so much kindness, and they completed my teeth in such a short time. I’m truly happy with the results. The service was excellent and the price was very affordable. If I could give this clinic more than 10 stars, I really would!

This is a great place to get any treatment done. Very professional, and a really nice premises. Me and my sisters flew in from the UK to have some treatment done, and it went smoothly from start to finish - Reema (our coordinator) was great! she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, and had transport arrangements etc all in place for us. Those at the dentist were very welcoming and professional. I love my new smile! Would recommend BIANCA to everyone!
