Avoid at all cost !!!!!! I booked to do two procedures through one of their coordinators called Henry. I sent my medical history and photos and explained to them what exactly I want to achieve. I chose Dr Abdullah Surucu for my procedures. Henry told me that he consulted the Dr and the Dr confirmed that Im a suitable candidate and the results in my case will be perfect. I was asked to pay a deposit to secure the price and I paid £100. When I got to Istanbul they took me from the airport straight to the hospital called A Plus for blood test. At the hospital they asked me to pay £500 for the blood test and this amount will be deducted as well from the total amount agreed. I did pay the £500 and they took me to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel Henry texted me that the operations will be postponed because they need to repeat the blood test for safety reasons. After two days they took me to the hospital for the operations I was supposed to have. After they put me in the room and prepared me for the operation Dr Abdullah came and told me that the procedures I chose to do won’t have the desired outcome and suggested to do different procedures. I refused to do the procedures they suggested and told them that they shouldn’t wait until I came to Istanbul to tell me that I should do different procedures. I asked Henry to cancel everything and refund the money I paid so far because it wasn’t my fault what happened. He told me that they will keep part of the money and I agreed thinking that they want to keep the cost of the three nights in the hotel. I was wrong again about them because they are so greedy that they decided not refund any amount from the £600 they took from me. I’m writing this review in order to prevent them from doing the same thing to other people. I have records from my conversations which prove every single word I wrote in this review and much more that I can’t write due to the limit of words I have to maintain.
