Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and went out of their way to answer questions and concerns that came up for me. The hotel was lovely, and although quite far out of downtown Istanbul, it was next to a large high end shopping mall that had everything I needed. My procedure lasted roughly 10hours and was only painful during the administration of the local anesthesia. Other than that the surgery was smooth. I can say that it has been a month now and I am healing nicely. I’m excited to see the full results in 12-18 months. I would recommend Ariana to others considering a hair transplant, as my experience with them has been very positive indeed. ***Update*** It’s now been 9 months and my hair has grown back completely. I’m 46 years old and have the same hairline as I did when I was in my late 20’s. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ariana. I was really happy that the whole team was welcoming and accommodating, they make me felt like I know them from the very start, they explain the procedure and gave me recommendations on what would be the best look to my hairline in which, I followed Dr Nadia’s recommendation who is doing it for 15 year already, so she know what would be the best look on you, thank you dr Nadia. And the nurse who assisted me from the beginning until we went home, she is amzing, I just forgot her name. And the whole team really, they are just amazing. In terms if the result after hair transplant, I was happy about the outcome, as off now, which 6 weeks past since my procedure ,almost all of my new hair transplanted are fell off, which is normal. I just need to be patient for the perfect result. In terms of service, from airport to hotel, hotel to clinic and vise versa, well, there are few hick ups, I do believe that there is no such thing as perfect, I am not going into details, but what is good thing about it, is that, they are willing to rectify if just have to tell them whatever your concerns are, and I am thankful for that, because they really want you to be happy and satisfied with their service.
